Boarding was poor. Why are first class passengers not boarded first?! Bus to the plane and then held on a packed bus because we were waiting for people on the bus before to finish boarding. Seat belt on the fist clas seat is very uncomfortable, cutting into your neck. Other than that crew, seating and food were all excellent. Entertainment, as usual - rubbish.

Both the flight from/to San Diego and London went very well. There were lots of movies from which to choose for entertainment, the food was nice, and the flight departure and landing times were good to minimize jet lag.

Lost our luggage going to Spain. Missed our connecting flight returning to home

Boarding at London was poorly done. We really enjoyed both flights with amazing crews. Looking forward for next flights

The design of business class is absolutely horrible. The flight attendants have to cross in front of passengers to pass the food. Passengers have to crawl over other passengers to get to the bathroom or to get to their bag. It’s shocking!! The flight attendants however were superb!

Awful. Flight delayed and we missed our long flight to Rome. It has been a nightmare and we have still not arrived. It was NOT a weather delay, just poor planning by AA

Wonderful staff, as always. Arrived in time despite delay taking off. My airline if choice, always. Thank you!

The food was terrible and little, very little space on the plane.

On Sunday, we checked 2 bags going from Split to La Crosse, WI. Both were left at Heathrow, along with 169 others. One made it to La Crosse on Monday night and the other is still sitting in Chicago, as of Thursday morning.
