The sleeper seats, the staff, and the food was truly delicious. I loved the mocktail options.
Turkish airline does not care if the business class senior person has to go from one terminal to another. no guidance, no trolley, I would not travel on this airline again and also tell my friends.

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
Food is getting worse. They use to be different than other airlines. Their economy classes food sucks. Stuff was very helpful.

Not a good experience from Lagos was very terrible paying for one extra bag is #403,600 in dollars is $331 which is too high and when get to Ny I don’t receive my bag till 2nd day some of my stuff was damaged am not really happy with Turkish Airlines very poor services.
Comfortable seats, good service overall. The food could’ve been a little bit better. The boarding process was slightly chaotic and in fairness, not all of that is related to the performance of British Airways.
The seats are extra cramped if you are taller than 5’8! Spring for the extra legroom seats for sure if you have a long flight!
Flying with BA is always a good experience—even in economy class. It is better if in business and first class. Timely, breeze through security and timely connections
Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!
If they wouldn't have canceled the flight WITHOUT informing me until I looked at my ticket and saw I had 2 extra layovers in 2 different cities than the ones I paid for? That would have been nice.

A few short delays - but otherwise very good ! Staff helpful & friendly & food nice - seats / earbuds / movies made time pass which was a huge comfort since I can’t sleep .
The flight was delayed and absolutely packed, we had to dispach our hand luggage which contained some fragile items, luckly nothing was damaged.
