Pros: "Skycouch in Economy was wonderful. Although small, it was sufficient in order to get comfortable and get several hours of sleep on a long flight. Entertainment system was outstanding, with excellent selections of movies, TV, TED talks & music. Plus, ordered water, beverages and snacks at any time via the screen and it was delivered to my seat. We had a seat change request at the gate which was resolved by the gate agent who was amazing."
Cons: "Check in and bag drop area needed personnel to assist and answer questions. It was not clear what to do and we stood in along line that we could have avoided if there had been a customer service rep to guide us."
Pros: "New Zealand Air staff were friendly, informative and courteous throughout the entire flight! I was floored by their service and by what was offered. They even worked to arrange for people to move around (some were packed 4 to a row, but there was plenty of space throughout the craft)."
Pros: "The crew was great but the seats were not."
Cons: "Roomier seats and meals should be served a little bit closer in between"
Pros: "Their English, unlike US English, is a little hard to understand."
Cons: "Long lines for security in Auckland, so I barely made the flight to Chicago. There were delays in Chicago due to the weather."

Pros: "The crew were very welcoming and made you feel special. The food was great! The burger was tremendous! The films very up to date."
Cons: "The seat is comfortable but doesnt recline enough, I dont like the fact that you need to flip the seat to get it flat, when is it flat its rock hard! Good on AirNZ for providing the foam mattress topper it helps. ButOnce its flat you cant really watch TV."
Cons: "Due to limited internet in Rarotonga, we weren’t able to fully check in until we got to the counter. The flight in came with two checked bags and not our flight to Auckland. We were expected to pay a fee at the counter but was charged $170 for the counter checkin of one bag. This price was not listed or posted anywhere during the booking or via email for mobile check-in."
Pros: "The seat next to me was empty so it was much more comfortable than the flight out. Movies were great"
Cons: "The food, economy has no room."
The flight was delayed by more than four hours. We had to be at the airport 4 hours before the flight because of road closures for US Secretary of State. We arrived and got to our Sydney hotel after 1am.
Pros: "Efficient, professional crew"
Cons: "More space. Snacks, at least a drink! (that doesn't require more expenditure)"
Pros: "On check in we were offered the extra legroom right at the front, with just the two of us on the row!"
Pros: "Nothing - terrible airline"
Cons: "In flight entertainment, free water, less strict on carry on weight"
Cons: "The attitude of the crew towards passengers with children. They made us wake up our sleeping child because she was on a blow up cushion that obstructed her leg space. Even though we explained it could be deflated in a single second and was not causing harm to anyone else they still made us move it. Also, they gave us a guilt trip for changing a peepee diaper in our seat (careful not to touch any seats) and wouldn't take the trash. As any parents knows, changing a diaper in an airline bathroom is one of the most unsanitary and awful things you can do with your young child due to the extreme lack of space. Airlines in general should make a "family bathroom" with more space for parents to change their kids."
Pros: "The price of the flight was good (without the bag)"
Cons: "Knowing that a bag cost $105 Au after I bought the ticket. I would have paid a bit more and just gone on Air New Zealand."

Cons: "Flight delayed for three hours. We’re told by frequent travelers that this happens all the time with Jetstar."
Cons: "We were delayed for 2 hours and 20 minutes flew into a storm, circulated in circles in the air for 30 mins, landed and had to wait for 3 HOURS inside the play due to lightning. If we left on time this would not have happened. Wort 12 hours of my life ever spent in an airport/plane. WILL NEVER FLY JETSTAR EVER AGAIN!!!"
Pros: "We enjoyed our low cost flight with Jetstar. Check in was quick and easy. Boarding was also. We didn't purchase any food or entertainment which is why I gave each of those categories 1 star (there's no N/A or doesn't apply-type option)."
Cons: "Seats on Jetstar are a bit uncomfortable but for a short flight, it doesn't matter as much. Also, the luggage went to the wrong carousel for many folks on our flight."
