Pros: Virgin Atlantic is the best airline I’ve ever flown on internationally. The service is wonderful, from check in to inflight service. Everything went as planned. The food and drinks on board are free and they are an abundance of snacks, much more than we dreamed. The flight attendants are excellent

Pros: I like that there are multiple bathrooms onboard.

Cons: The rows are so narrow between seats that your roll on suitcase will not fit. You have no elbow room in your seat. People who live in England are very rude and would not let those of us seated in front of them to deplane. Too bad there isn’t someway to make people wait their turn.

Pros: Very friendly crew. We boarded about an hour before so we were ready to go well before time.

Cons: The economy seats are not that comfortable and the screen for entertainment is sometimes difficult to use.

Cons: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Pros: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Cons: Airlines waste a lot of time and money preparing food that is mediocre at best. Just offering simple orange juice , tea coffee and a muffin to keep people going would be better as it's such a short flight.

Cons: Provide cover for eyes so that we can sleep better

Cons: The entertainment system constantly plays media you can't control during the full takeoff and landing times, you can't even turn off the screen. This was particularly annoying during a nighttime landing. Also most of the movies had their content edited.

Pros: One Air Hostess was extraordinary hospitable, shortest time on flight connection.

Pros: The crew was sufficient and polite. Seats are average. Food was extremely limited. Underwhelmed but, frankly, exhausted with the process of trying to get out.

Cons: Communication of flight departure time was not provided causing us to miss our flight and requiring over 2 hours on a cell call to Bangladesh to book a 24 hr delay which was further confused by computer glitches. Poor customer service at the flight checkin desk in Kathmandu who are, apparently, limited in what they can assist with.

Cons: They did not give us instant noodle when we asked for it and the seats in Economy did not have foot rest in front like Singapore Airline.

Pros: The technical aspects of the flight were fine. Boarding, the flight, and the aircraft. Very nice plane.

Cons: The crew was not very friendly and it didn’t seem like there were enough staf for such a large plane. It took a long time to get our first meal, and the food was terrible in comparison to other flights, even other China air flights we’ve been on. We could not understand the English announcements as she was not a fluent speaker. I would probabalynavoid flying with China air again.

Cons: The seat was not comfortable in the flight from Toronto to Abu Dhabi. I was served wrong food. The food was tasteless. The crew was giving on half glass of water when asked for. It felt as if they were scared to give water to drink

Cons: It was confusing to do online checking because I couldn't check in on Vietnam airline website. The airplane was old and had bad smells.

Cons: Six empty seats in the “emergency row” I was not feeling well and needed the extra space.5 hours into the 13 hr long haul to Taipei, I felt like I was going to hyperventilate, they charged me $120. Bucks for the privilege. Kosher meal was unbeatable.
