The staff is professional and friendly. The food was excellent, with the exception of the octopus salad just prior to landing.
They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
During mid flight, try to get a flight attendant to help I couldn’t find one Otherwise, everything was perfect
The boarding was confusing everyone asking each other the same question is this going to Dxb? The seat was awful felt like your sitting on a bench. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Very poor! It was too hot! It smelled. The food was nasty. The bathroom sink to wash hand was barely working. The tray table was broken. Everything was just wrong!
The internet was not working during the 10 hour. This situation was known by the cabin crew before the flight. If so, information should be given to passangers. Some people should work during the flight.
Overall very comfortable experience. I had requested vegan food but the only option was a sandwich with vegetables and cheese. I removed the cheese and ate the sandwich ( tasted pretty good) but wish it was offered without cheese.
Although we paid for pre-assigned seat assignments to sit together, on our flight from LHR to BOS our seats were reassigned at boarding with my 10 year old daughter seated apart from us in an exit row. We were assigned the last boarding group with little overhead space left when boarding. As a result my carryon was at my feet the entire flight making it very cramped.
I was sent an email that said my card payment was not verified. When I spoke to an agent , he said my card was not verified and the flight I thought I had to booked was no longer available so I booked another flight on another airline(United). Later I got flight updates , etc., concerning my supposed first flight. So if I was charged for this flight on British Airways/American airlines, I need a refund.
Meh. Lived the seat. The entertainment unit did not work and had to be reset 3 times. Service was SLOW taking over 90 min to be served. Crew forgot about my meal. Chicken was dry and almost inedible.

Excellent! Great flight attendants, good food (in business class, at least), very comfortable. Touchscreen and remote wasn’t great.
Emergency row seat less comfortable than promoted. Restricted by emergency life raft storage.
My connection from London to SFO was cancelled and I was given an economy seat on a next flight 8hrs later even though I had business class. I had to work with British airlines representative to have it changed. It was a mess .. how come you just cancel a complete flight for operational issues ??? So many travelers are affected. In fact I have never heard that before. Unlikely to travel British airlines again
Everything was good except entertainment system failed shortly into the flight.
The flight boarded two hours late and then we had an hour sitting in the aircraft before take off. Tempers got hot The actual flight was fine and the food was really tasty. Because we landed more than 3 hours late, I missed my connecting flight. No connecting flight for the rest of the day and had to sleep over. There was absolutely no support from BA on the other side. Nothing
