Delayed. Not a full flight and whole rows left open with the paid seating. Food was ok. My beef meal only had one cube of beef the rest carrot cubes. Entertainment on personal device but didn’t know about it until the flight was almost done.

Sat next to a woman who had her period. Blood was on her seat and on the arm rest between us. I ended up having period blood on my jacket and shoes. Very gross!

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.

The TV screen was so small, but other than that it was a good flight, and the food was good.

Needed more leg room. Leg rest and entertainment system box took up a lot of space and I'm not tall. Breakfast was good. Poor quality of the entertainment options.

A better selection of entertainment would have been nice. I found nothing that appealed to me as a middle-aged traveler. The flight attendants were gracious, helpful, and attentive. It also would have been nice to have more bathrooms as the flight was full and the plane was big.
Appreciated the ability to get an earlier flight home after flying in from in from Japan. No problem with boarding or crew service. The limited choice of snacks, compared to previous years. Aircraft seats seem to be getting harder and more uncomfortable all the time. Overall, happy to be home
The Air New Zealand product is terrible, it's as expensive as a Jetstar ticket with add ons but with surely staff and old aircraft.
Wonderful trip. Everyone from checking in to the gate to the flight itself was amazing - kind, helpful, and has a beautiful smile.
The Premium Economy seats were very comfortable and the food was quite tasty. I did not use the entertainment system, but I was able to charge my phone and tablet with the seatback connection.
The seats are feeling very hard to sit on. All the padding is flat, like sitting on a park bench for over an hour
High fees for excess checked baggage and somehow ridiculous rules for carry on bags.

I'll never transit from international through Sydney with Virgin until they improve the domestic transfer system. It's ridiculous that you have to take oversize baggage to the transfer desk to get it activated then struggle onto the shuttle bus (carrying a 25kg, 2m long ski bag and carry-on - along with about 6 others in the same situation) then negotiate the terminal and queue to put it onto the oversize receival bag drop.
Flight cancelled from MEL-PER Rebooked next day via Adelaide Had to chase up Economy X seating myself (only got emergency exit row) Qantas seats were available when my flight was originally cancelled, causing inconvenience to boss and costing me a day's pay.
If it wasn’t delayed over 2 hours and then asked people to volunteer to go tomorrow.
Check in staff were unhelpful with information on delayed flight and impact on boarding, luggage weight restrictions. One suitcase was 24.4 kg, the attendant was rude and unhelpful with assisting. Travelling with a family of 5 and young kids makes it more stressful having delays/issues with connecting flights/luggage. Will be travelling qantas.
Booked myself & 2 year old granddaughter on flight. Didn't select seats as had hoped to request when checking in at airport an empty seat next to us if available. Plane was full so not possible. BUT - the seats the system had allocated us were not together!!! I suggested this would be very relaxing for me, but probably not so much for the passenger seated with my lovely & very chatty granddaughter!!! The staff member checking us in worked their magic so we were seated together - but it seems an oversight when the booking is made with the age of child stated that seats would not automatically be allocated together. Cabin crew were fab!
I want a refund. I had to switch flights and buy another airline ticket because this one was delayed.
We had a medical emergency, needing to get to an emergency room upon landing at LAX. I let the back flight attendants know the situation. One, David, contacted the pilot, who made arrangements for EMT's to be there when we got off the plane. They went above and beyond for us. We didn't have to go through customs, as a customs person came to us and checked us right at the exit of the jet way. Another wonderful woman, a United employee at LAX, perhaps a customer service liaison, took care of our luggage situation, as we weren't going to make our connection to Bozeman. When we came back to LAX to see when we could get a flight to Bozeman, the personnel are very accommodating and booked us on the next flight out, and assigned good seats. It was a horrible flight, physically, from Sydney to LAX, , but the professionalism of all involved was excellent! We are very grateful fir the way they all stepped in and helped during a very unpleasant medical situation. Thank you!!
Very good overall. However, your choices of free movies was limited and there was no music Channel???
We booked with Qantas instead of Delta and we instead flew on American Airlines. American is not our favorite to go on. No leg room and the width of seats are a joke. Your are packed like sardines on American flights.
After already paying for excess luggage prior to flight, i was advised AT check in that i had to pay $816 or forfeit my flight! The lady at the counter was SO rude and had already started offboarding me when i said i would pay it after asking her three times for the exact amount! Have lodged a formal complaint yet heard nothing. Will not ever travel via Qantas again
they ran out of fruit for breakfast and so I just had a yogurt instead. other than that the flight was good
I liked the service, the menu, and the comfort of the seats! Even tho we were seated by the bathrooms, the reclining seats and movie selection was very good, my husband and I didn’t mind at all

Flight delay was informed at the last minute. Food quality is not up to Qantas standard I was unable to book an online boarding pass on any of my 6 flights.

They added the weight of my back to the carryon luggage and charged me NZ$75 for being over 7 kg.
The flight take-off was delayed which was fine but the staff seemed pretty over their jobs. The seats are very uncomfortable and the food was pretty average. Overall is was okay.
