Very comfortable in business class. Excellent service. Good food. Smooth trip.
had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.
I'm very tall so the leg room of the seats could have been a little more spacious. Otherwise, everything was excellent
Everything was so smooth. It could be just a better temperature in the plane; it was a little cold.
With a 4 hour delay its was a very basic flight which was just bearable. We were offered food vouchers for the delay and then they didnt work, so that was annoying. Also poor communication about the delay which got pushed out 3 times.
Ordered Vegan meal - it was ok, but not exceptional. Seat ok row 39 middle section aisle. Nearly full flight - crew was busy but they did the best they could. There was a USB A port at the seat. I listened to my own music and only looked at flight information. One nice thing was the connection information was made available in the screen.
In this long haul flight, flight attendants never stopped moving and giving excellent service. Very impressive. Very comfortable seats and excellent food
Old aircraft, very very low business class standards, no privacy between the seats, horrible old TVs, tiny bathrooms.
Delays and no explanations nor apologies. Last 4 times I flew Turkish the flight was significantly delayed. I will avoid this company in the future
Boarding in Madrid was among the worst. Not the worst, but pretty bad. Cabin crew was very professional and friendly, as usual, I might add. Somebody needs to adjust the temperature in the cabin (i.e. too hot) and also the ventilation (there was none until arrival). Entertainment console didn't work (not the first time I have reported this incidence). Overall, TK is still one of my favorite airlines because of Istanbul and the lounge in Istanbul.
Impressive as always. It is the airline of my choice, The dessert on the 2nd flight DOH-IAH was somewhat dry (the cake with cream etc) Check-in and boarding experience was fantastic, with the exception of CCU airport where chk-in staff refused to help with aisle seats stating the flight was full and accommodations were beyond him. Once I boarded there were plenty of available aisles. I was disappointed that this could not be done by self during online chk-in nor at the airport. Nothing more to add. Overall a good experience, TY QTR

Crew and food was good, ok leg room if you don’t have a big box under the seat. And the seats are so narrow (I’m only 70kg), will consider an alternate airline next time
My carry on bag was taken by Alaska Air as we boarded in LAX! She said there was not room. There was plenty of room. I told her that my meds and personal items were in it. She did not care. She said it would be sent to my final destination, Nairobi. Well it got to Nairobi the day I was to fly home. The handle of my bag was crushed so could not retract. So I had to remove it. I had to buy converters, malaria medication. personal items. I filled out the missing form at the Nairobi airport. I asked that it be shipped to the Kisumu airport. When it was obviously not going to make it for my time in Kenya. I asked that it be sent to John Wayne Airport. NONE of that happened. I only knew it was at Nairobi because my air tag indicated it was finally in Nairobi the day I was leaving Kenya! Now I need to purchase a new carry on bag!!!
Good staff, good intent, decent entertainment. More seat space would always be of benefit
They made us deliberate waste time by holding our passports and boarding passes making us miss the flight
From home to the airport, you must mention the terminal ready.
Better service is needed. I booked for Qatar but I was switched to American way after I bought my tickets.
Service and boarding is good in brussels But in Qatar, boarding needs to be improved and waiting in very big queue for boarding. Parents with kids needs to be given some priority also.
Good selection of drinks. Meet was fatty unfortunately on Qatar.
Boarding process was chaotic. Confusion over Boarding gates: gate 55 or gate 56 ???. Unnecessary standing in long lines to board. Better to call out Boarding groups one at a time and everyone else to sit. Airline only has 2 Boarding groups 1-3 and 4-9. That causes over crowding and chaos
Lost my luggage, ran out of food choices in business class, ground crew was completely unapologetic.
Much much better than my previous times on British Airways the food was spot-on and the service was really genuine and attentive
It was ok. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, and then again on arrival. The explanation given felt feeble.
Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.
If you want the worst airlines and worst staff - British airways. They only know how to loot - as they always have throughout their lifetime of ruling countries etc.
Apart from missing my flight because of another British Airway plane parking issues and had to wait 7 hours, i'd say all was just ok
Crew was great. Flight was quick . BUT boarding was outside, down and up steps w carryon. Upon arrival we were on tarmac for 45 minutes due to no buses for terminal, more than 30 of us missed our connection. Exhausting.
There was an unfortunate 1 hour long wait where we had to sit still on the plane. While travelling with a 10 months old that is challenging and when I stood up to comfort my baby rocking her to sleep (in order to also not disturb other passengers) one of the crew told me to sit down as we were taking off immediately. Another 15 minutes went on before we took off so definitely very uncomfortable situation and I would also say a lack of empathy from that respective lady. I do understand rules on the plane, I have been travelling for the last 15 years, but rules can be adjusted when there is knowledge of delay departure.
I booked 2 tickets together and they separated our seats. A few months before the flight I got a call asking if I want to pay $100 each flight to choose my seat since I won’t get the option but that wasn’t true and i’ve never done seat selection over the phone, very weird. They do offer free seat changes when you check in but there was nothing available. I assume this is because people who book directly with the airline get to choose their seats when they buy the ticket. Will not be booking through kayak next time and will book directly with the airline so we can sit together.
