Cleanliness Help for boarding and sitting Food should have been better
I was very impressed with this airline. The plane was clean. The attendance were nice and it was a great comfortable experience. The zipper on my suitcase broke after I checked it, and they wrapped it all Thailand plastic wrap to prevent it from coming apart during the flight. When I got to Los Angeles, all of my items were safe and still in the bag. That is above and beyond!
Cons: "I have encountered missing documents before departure in Singapore to KL. The check in crews very helpful, their knowledge to assist me boarding smoothly. My appreciation towards all crews who have helped me this morning ( SQ106) Big THANK YOU to you ALL."
Pros: "The boarding process was easy and straightforward, the seats were comfortable and had individual entertainment screens, the crew was very polite and helpful. For meals, everyone was given a printed menu at the start of the flight so that meal options could be easily made."
Cons: "My only complaint is that I would have liked to see more frequent offers for water refills during the flight, since water cups are so small and staying well hydrated on flights is difficult but essential."

However QA did not provide a wheelchair during check-in at Paris Charles de Gaulle for whatever unjustified reason"

Ooops, the leg room comment was for this flight, not the one to Palermo! The crew was also so lovely and kind on this flight.
The seat was very comfortable and great selection of movies. Boarding was a little chaotic and lots of standing in a crowd.
Second meal was a terrible veggie sandwich. They should have had at least a second option to pick from.

Cons: "The Soviet Union wants its airline back. This was perhaps the RUDEST airline experience I've ever experienced. I was at Frankfurt (FRA) airport waiting to board Air Moldova Flight 864 to Chisinau (KIV). Due to a delay caused by Frankfurt security (and no fault of my own), I was delayed in reaching the gate. Since it was past my boarding time, I grabbed my bags from the conveyor belt once past security without having time to repack. I arrived at the gate and the extremely rude Air Moldova gate agent on duty yelled at me and demanded that I give her my boarding pass. When I told her I needed to pack, she yelled that there was “no time for that”. When I searched for my pass, she again yelled and said “NOW!”. When I told her that it was not my fault that I arrived late since there was a delay at security, she said “Not my problem!”. After she checked my boarding pass, I tried to repack and she again yelled “There is no time. Go to the bus NOW!” I once again told her that it was not my fault I got delayed and she again yelled “NOT MY PROBLEM”. In addition to rude employees, the airline is clearly in violation of safety regulations. The safety card in the back seat pocket was written in ARMENIAN – and Armenian only, thanks to the plane having been leased and Air Moldova not appropriately changing the safety cards. How did they expect people who read Romanian or Russian (the local languages) or English to understand it! On top of that, the plane was easily 20 years old or more and dirty. If they can't even keep a plane clean or have the appropriate safety cards, what else are they not maintaining. Do not fly this terrible airline!"

Another old plane. This time they changed gates at the last minute and when people arrived boarding was delayed
Kayak doesn’t work with you if you need to make changes. They are the worst service I’ve ever used. Don’t use Kayak!!
Our first flight flight was delayed by 2 hours which made us miss our connection to Pisa. With much confusion, we were rerouted to Madrid, Spain then to Florence. Our flight from Madrid was also delayed due to "a technical problem" and everyone was taken off the plane after boarding. We finally took off but then were delayed getting off the plane as the "engines wouldn't shut down." By the time we got to Florence, it was too late to get to our destination and had to stay in a hotel and get a 2 hour train ride the next day, arriving to our destination 24 hours later than we were supposed to!!!! British Air compensated us with a 10 euro voucher to buy something to eat on the plane! Terrible!!!

Cons: "I needed wheelchair assistance due to a back injury. The person that picked me up at the aircraft from London was terrific, l was taken to the terminal and told that another team member would take me to the aircraft. No one showed up until the aircraft was fully boarded, then he left me at the beginning of the ramp instead of wheeling me to the aircraft. I was very disappointed! I was so disappointed I didn’t wait for a pickup at the airport in Amsterdam. I regret it, because I’m in so much pain!"
Cons: "Seat pitch is tight and seats don't recline. Boarding should be back of plane forwards. This would eliminate the log jam that happens when it's front first."
