Cons: The seat I reserved paying additional dollars to have no one in front of me is bad. The table has little stability and the space that one acquires to stretch the legs is dangerously occupied by food carts that pass very close. The seats are tight. And the great kindness of the crew succumbs to the bad Argentine behavior of occupying the empty seats. On the flight back to Bs.As. many overweight people were overcrowded by the bad luck they had when buying their tickets, however, thin people, who did not pay for better places, were located in an empty seat where, usually, they go familiar with babies and traveled peacefully in a place that did NOT correspond. We all understand that the spaces are small but they should take better care of the passengers and, by common sense, if there are free seats, offer them to those who for physical reasons and their full rows are uncomfortable throughout the trip which, in itself, is very long . Pros: We paid $400CAD as a OneUp bid to upgrade to Skycouch. We then saw there was a skycouch row free on the plane, and I appreciated that they gave the first choice of this row to paying customers. So we ended up with two skycouch rows, one per person. Was a dream flight, could not fault them.

Cons: During the same trip I discovered 2 different arrangements of the Business Class cabin on Singapore Airlines A350, SQ469 CMB-SIN, and SQ036 SIN-LAX. On the SQ469, I occupied seat 12 A (mono, aisle-window): A lot of plastic curved walls etc. For larger persons, the result is not quit comfortable.

Cons: Rather long wait at business check-in, friendliness there ok, on board service slow with the champagne, old aircraft with old configuration of seats, nothing really bad, but it's not like this that you win an airline of the year award!

Pros: The crew is always amazing: highly professional, attentive and friendly. The whole experience with Singapore Airlines is always a treat.

Pros: I loved that the airline offered several meals, snack options and drinks. The attendants were amazing and would highly recommend Singapore airlines to anyone flying internationally

Cons: The limited arm room/personal space. Not much leg room in economy for a 10 hour flight. Would be nice if airlines would decrease the number of seats and give a little more room so people aren’t hitting each other in the head with their arms

They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines
