Flight delayed by an hoir or more. Food service is slow. Also, the crew is not following up on orders. Travelled in business class and was a platinum member, but still didn't receive the expected service .

Cons: "We were told to board, but then kept in another area close on 1 hour before we could get on the plane and this area had no bathroom facilities. The spread of seating on the plane made no sense with many open seats but also many squashed rows of people. The crew was visibly tired and irritated, they also ran out of a few catering items. It seemed as if last minute, a few different flights were combined into this one which lowered the quality."

Pros: "The supervisor on flight Doha to Charles de Gaulle was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explains to me th e process of how to help a person who is having a big problem to walk , Qatar Airways has a special service for person in needs of wheelchairs . Thanks a lot to that gentleman."

Cons: "old entertainment system. Tight connection and first flight was late, so we got bumped off our connection (they literally removed our names from the flight, even though we could've sprinted through the airport and made it if they waived the 20 minute before departure gate closure). It was an exhausting and long wait for the next flight and I did not think it was well-handled. Staying in a hotel is not a great option, because it takes 2 hours to get out of the airport, another 2 hours cushion to get back in time."

Pros: "Fabulous service from start to finish Excellent cabin, spacious & impeccably clean Super choice of food and drinks We travelled in the business cabin which I have to say, rivals many so-called 'First Class' products. The crew were courteous, addressing us by name and nothing was too much trouble."
Cons: "Boarding at Bali Airport is chaotic. This can hardly be attributed to Qatar Airways but this needs to be sorted out. When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

Cons: "Despite me telling the crew a number of times that he temperature was FAR too low, no change was made. Now I am not a first time flyer and I know flights can get cold. I had a sweatshirt, socks, shoes, two blankets wrapped and it was still cold to the point that I put the blanket over my head. When I looked around the flight almost every single person was completely wrapped in blankets and had hoods, sarees, and scarves wrapped around their heads. I had my 1 year old infant who already had a head cold that I feel was worsened by the cold dry air. I spent my first few days in Kolkata pretty sick. I know the cold air doesn’t cause the illness but it certainly worsened any stuffy nose I had into a full blown cold and chest congestion. I was VERY upset by the discomfort on this flight especially after having a wonderful flight with Emirates from New York to Dubai. I really felt like the crew did not care despite clear discomfort the passengers were feeling. It was incredible how visible the discomfort was yet nothing was done to fix the temperature. The freezing cold air kept blowing right on everyone theoughout the flight."
Chairs are hard could be better. Other then that everything is ok
Cons: "Too short a connection between flights. Missed connection. No priority for those with connecting flights. No customer service to ensure passengers know which gates to go through and if passenger has chance of making flight. No recognition of time it takes to get through customs and security to make connecting flight. Actually any semblance of customer service was lacking for passengers to make connecting flights."

Cons: "Crowded seats. Too many people bringing huge bags on board even when crew kept asking them to check them. Customs was very long in DC. It would have been nice to been made aware of dowloading customs app before deplaning. It would have saved a huge amount of time."
