Pros: Fantastic Hotel Experience! The room, lighting and British-ish decor of the room was just what we were looking for. Everyone in the hotel was friendly, the room luxurious and yet affordable compared to other 5 star hotels nearby (our stay was half the price of other 5 star hotels closer to Buckingham palace and with a kind bed). Centrally located, the Langham was only a 10 minute walk from public transportation and minutes away from a Starbucks. If traveling with an infant, you have access to a refrigerator and can request a crib. LOVED the club room w/ complementary breakfast (6:30-11am) and tea time (2-4pm) was a great treat! Access to two restaurants, a bar and cub room provided many food options. Morning and evening room service was very luxurious. Definitely coming back and recommending.

Pros: Very luxurious, extremely friendly staff and a probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. We were there for our wedding night and the hotel very kindly upgraded us to an executive suite. The fact the hotel manager had hand-written a (fairly lengthy) congratulations card, and left us some 'congratulations' sweets and cakes was also a very thoughtful touch.
Would highly recommend for a treat or anyone looking for a bit of luxury in London.

Cons: Front entrance does not have a ramp BUT there is a side elevator (important if you have a stroller). The bed we had seemed old as there was a BIG dent from where most guests must've slept (to be fair, most hotels are this way). I know this hotel had a pool, but for some reason I didn't see a sign for it, or perhaps we never noticed it.

Pros: Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked. The front desk seevice was excellent. eveyone was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and one of the nicest I have had in London.
Cons: Service in the Bars was a little slow in the evening. We attended an award ceremony and the food was very good considering the number there. The table service agt the event was obtrusive sometime pushing inbetween people talking at the table. The Champagne we order from the Bar to celebrate a win was so diabolical we couldnt drink it - that took the edge off a brilliant evening

Pros: Excellent breakfast- freshly cooked & tasty.
Cons: Water pressure to taps in bathroom very low.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcome, friendly staff, clean and a decent size room. Good location with a short walk to at least two tube stations.
Cons: As with every hotel if all the residents decide to have breakfast a half-hour before it ends then it can be a little busy but no big deal.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great. Hotel is clean and reception staff is great.
Cons: Bad WiFi Room Keys stopped working a few times Room service staff could be more flexible (we told them to come back in an hour, they simply skipped our room that day). Elevator is funky. While going down it won't stop at ground floor.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property, it was excellent value for mi way and the staff were extremely helpful. Looking forward to visiting again.
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: Great location, very close to Hyde park and tube station. Paddington station within just 8 mins walking distance. Rooms are very clean and modern.
Cons: Unfortunately, the room was quite small and not well ventilated. As a result, it was too hot. Opening a window was not an option as it was too noisy outside. Duvet was extremely heavy. Due to all of this, it was almost impossible to sleep. Bathroom was also tiny, which wasn't comfortable.
6.2 Good
Pros:
Cons: There was a odor coming from the shower drain. It was too warm in the room and we could not cool it off without opening windows
7.5 Good
Pros: The beds were really comfortable especially the pillows. The room was really clean.
Cons: No plug sockets next to the bed LOUD DOORS constantly slamming = trouble sleeping There was construction work going off and our room was on the ground floor, know body apologized. No early check in option.

Pros: The room was clean and smart and sound proofed
Cons: That our booking only included continental breakfast for £181

Pros: Location
Cons: “Garden level” room filled with cigarette smoke every night and every morning. Staff were rude, unwelcoming and showed complete apathy when told about the cigarette smoke.

Pros: Very good choice of food and drink at breakfast, with many veg and fruits Very nice decor in room which was spacious Good shower Good size bathroom Huge bed - 2 singles put together Notepad and pen in room Pleasant lounge area with a few interesting books Convenient for underground station (Earl's Court) and many shops/restaurants Elegant facade of building Attractive greenery in garden
Cons: No smile or welcome on arrival at Reception No smile or thanks for staying on checking out: very impersonal some staff spoke limited English and it was often hard for me to understand their accent Duvet not large enough No cushions in room Towels too small No special diet menus available but staff said could try to oblige with specific food request No-one I asked knew what the "Huntington Restaurant" was: think in breakfast area but not open during my stay Very limited food choices suitable for me in the small dining area in dimly lit lounge bar Skeleton staff on duty Expensive but good breakfast Room was expensive No porter If cab driver hadn't been sble to assist me, I would have had to carry my heavy case myself up the stairs at front of property
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location is close to a number of underground stations and public transport. Staff were friendly but the hotel itself isn’t worth the money paid!
Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable, rock hard! Sofa and chair were grubby with stains on them. Not to mention the hot water situation! Plenty of hot water in the shower but try to run yourself a hot bath and you’ll be there a while as no hot water seemed to be connected.

Pros: Great hotel, good location for people looking for somewhere just outside London but an easy train ride into the centre, 5 min walk from Earl’s Court station, room was clean and comfortable
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: Clean hotel
Cons: Slightly dated, could do with redecorating and bring up to date. No mobile reception in the room (I was on the lower ground floor) There were large groups of airline crew at reception when I was checking in and out, probably just bad timing but it meant a long wait at reception as there were only 2 receptionists on duty.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was great - in a nice neighborhood with tube stop, restaurants, laundry, and grocery stores nearby. Unable to check in early. The rooms were clean and maids responded to special request.
Cons: Hard beds, bathroom grout and other areas needed attention - not up to 4 star rating.

Pros: Hotel exceptionally clean and very festively decorated which was lovely. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Great price for the location.
Cons: The room was very bijou - would have become claustrophobic I think if I had been staying for more than just one night.

Pros: Helpfulness and kindness of staff and management. Particular thanks are due to the Duty Manager AJ who was very kind and helped us greatly.
Cons: Nothing. Facilities were excellent and service was good and unobtrusive.

Pros: The best thing about this hotel is the location to most things in the center of London. There are many restaurants and stores in the area also. The tube stop is down the street.
Cons: We stayed for 5 nights. We left a note after the first night asking for a couple of maintenance related things (light in bathroom was out and tub and sink was slighlt clogged). We also requested some wash cloths. Good for 3 days, not for 2.

Pros: I liked the location and the room (big but a little outdated), the front-desk staff was friendly and helped me print some documents a couple of times. I got the room 1230 at 12th floor and I had a great view to central London. The room has a water boiler for coffee or tea, they also provide small bags: 2xblack tea (very good if u ask me), 2x Nescafe Espresso, 2x DECAF Nescafes and 4x milk. The beds we're really good, also the room was clean and the romanian cleaning staff was very helpful with our requests. The elevators (4 of them) were fast. I didn't visit the bar. West Brompton Tube & Overground is 5 mins away, also the area has pubs, restaurants, fast food, clothing shops, groceries, etc. It was a good location, 20 minutes tops to Central London by Tube.

Cons: I can never eat my meal in the restaurant as there are big screens constantly showing football and it’s so so intrusive, uncomfortable and unfair on the those diners who want a quieter atmosphere and to talk. I was quite shocked when I first started staying in this hotel and felt the restaurant only served a very male dominated tv experience. The family or singles/couples don’t get a choice. There’s so many screens so why not have the football on a turned down volume and other screens with sky/bbc world/ local news or other sports like tennis golf athletics or a quiet area. If you toned it all down I wouldn’t need to eat alone in my room which I hate to do.

Pros: I think this was online as a 4 star hotel. While that is a bit overzealous, its got everything you need and wasn't really bad at all.
Cons: We initially went to the room to find the key didn't work. A staff member came up with us and opened the room to people inside screaming about opening the door. Apparently "no one knows how they are in there." We got a new room but was interesting...

Cons: Bathroom was basic/budget - sanitaryware, tiling etc. Shower was adequate without being fantastic in terms of flow rate etc. If any improvements could be made it would be here, but I'm being picky as a plumbing & heating engineer. It didn't detract from the overall stay and I would certainly use the hotel again. Geographically perfect for a quick in-and-out drive from the M4 corridor

Cons: I expected some slippers, usually I got them in same star hotels but that was minor. Also nobody said we'll get them so is fine. They are renovating a part of the hotel at the moment and you might hear some construction noise, it wasn't major but worth mentioning (I could sleep with them without a problem). Also they told me beforehand this will happen. The Wi-Fi didn't cover the full room, I got the window bed and my signal most of the times was missing, but the other bed had it better. Also make sure to buy your UK socket adaptor from one of the shops outside the hotel (I got 1 for 1.20 GBP) because in the hotel they charge 8 GBP for them.

Cons: the noisy cleaning women every morning. Rooms are quite noisy as the doors are from the 70s. The rest is quite up to date.

Cons: Old fashion equipment and curtains couldn’t close completely (waking up around 7am)

Pros: Generally the hotel was nice, clean and comfortable.
Cons: On the second night we returned from a night out to find the room wreaking of cigarette smoke. To the point where my partner was nearly sick. She then went to speak to staff on reception and returned a few moments later with the receptionist. The receptionist accepted that the room smelled like smoke but refused to make any enquiries with other residents to try and locate the source before threatening to charge my partner and I the £250 smoking fine because our room smelled like smoke. We then went to speak to the manager at reception who initially instructed the receptionist to knock on h the doors either side of our room. He returned a few moments later claiming that neither room were answering and were therefore asleep. The manager said he would not continue making enquiries as it would result in more complaints and as the hotel was fully booked they could not move us. No other suggestion or apology was offered. The only action the manager claimed he could take was to investigate in the morning and charge the relevant room when it was identified. The manager then also threatened to charge us the fine because our room smelled of smoke. When it was pointed out to the manager that we were complaining because of the smoke, we were then accused of being on drugs and threatened with having the police called on us. As the hotel refused to investigate, my partner and I knocked on the doors either side of our room and the floor above. Both rooms either side answered and neither were smoking. There was no answer upstairs. Fortunately, by the time we’d finished complaining about the smoke, whoever was smoking had finished and the smell disappeared but the hotels response to our complaint was absolutely disgusting and has completely ruined an otherwise positive experience at a nice hotel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is perfect. Subway is right around the corner. Rooms were very clean.
Cons: The room was very warm; we slept with the windows open even though it’s the end of November. Also the rooms are very noisy. I could hear the conversations people were having in the next room. A bit annoying when you’re trying to go to sleep early.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros:
Cons: Low rate rooms are located in the basement. Bathroom door did not even close due to squeezed in furniture. Concierge were not courteous and had no idea of nearby events. Unacceptable stay.

6.7 Good
Pros: Location was good Beds very comfortable Breakfast selection good
Cons: Room too small for 3 people. No tissues in room... we have never not had them included before Hallway to room very run down
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The room is very small and there is barely enough room to move inside the room, especially the bathroom, which is really small and uncomfortable to sit or wash in! The towels do not look clean and its size is really small. The hotel doesn't provide complementary water like most hotels. The location of the hotel is far from main streets and shopping places, such as Oxford Street. It takes 20 minutes walking to get there. There is no place to save the bags in case you will leave for a few days and come back. There is also no luggage trolley to carry the bags. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
6.0 Good
Pros: nothing
Cons: room wasn’t the best, bathroom was tiny. had two single beds pushed together, marks up the walls. Tele was tiny couldn’t see it if you were in the bed. Even found bugs.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is the BIG plus. Value for money this close to the capital. Restaurants/shops etc very close and good for a night spent chilling.
Cons: Always have an executive double room....has always been a small detail thats wrong with the room....twice the kettle hasnt worked correctly, once,no toilet roll,,,,,....this time the lighting behind the mirror in the bathroom didnt work...was an issue in a room with back lighting. For the extra cost of these rooms i expect at least everything to work correctly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Room perfectly cleaned and comfortable bedroom. Les than 10 min to the city centre by underground. Really good quality va price ratio
Cons:
6.5 Good

Cons: The room. Comforters. Staff in charge.

Pros: The rooms were hot, the breakfast was just as it was supposed to be. Basic but worth it. The staff was really kind! The place was in the heart of the city next to Hyde park.
Cons: To begin with i had booked two beds in a mixed room and they gave us a room where 2 men stayed. Then i went to the reception and asked to change us room because it was really uncomfortable for two girls to be in a room really small with two men. The guy told me that there wasn't any chance to change. That night we didn't sleep!! Obviously he didn't understand our side. Apart from that the next day another man came. I got really angry and went to the reception and the girl there helped me so much! She changed us room and went to a room more comfortable and without old men!! What is more the bed was awful, really hard to sleep. The rooms were dirty and the windows didn't open.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Nice location. Facilities could allow having a great hostel. At least the wifi is included (nothing else).
Cons: Is this where hosteling has sunk to? trying to shug as many people per cubic feet ? in a room quite low ceiling 3 layers of bunk bed. Having a small bathroom (no common ones) that's basically impossible to maintain dry (and a sticker ask you not to turn the light on after 11 pm)? And everything is in supplement including the personal lockers in your room!!! When raised to the staff, they were dismissive explaining that this is the norm in London (having done 10+ hostels in London I can say it's not) and then trying to say this is because the other ones are cheaper. I can name from the top of my head 5 central London hostel cheaper, with more space and free lockers (most of them also allow you to store your bag for free the day of departure).
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: It's very narrow in the room and shower/toilet. But that would be passable. The worst is the lack of hot water in the shower. Unacceptable!

4.2 Okay
Pros: right next to Hyde Park, Kensington, close to the Palace, and several tube/bus stations.
Cons: The room was tiny, no big deal that's a European hotel, but it was filthy. The shower was dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, one of the lights was dangling out of the fixture, and the carpets all had weird stains. I was on the top floor close to the elevator and could hear a clunking noise from the elevator every time it was used. With so many hotels in the area at comparable rates, there has to be one better than this.

Pros: The proximity of the tube station.
Cons: Staff was rude when we checked in. They didn't even bother to tell us where the room was. They just put the room card on the counter and that was it. Everyday when we walked out/in there was never a good morning/good afternoon, even when we greeted them. The room was dirty, one of the pillowcases had a stain. They just emptied the dustbin everyday and called it cleaning service. The bed was very unconfortable. We will not return here for sure.

Pros:
Cons: The pictures do not show the real quality of the room. Walls were pealing and dirty, floors were not clean, the bathroom facilities were cramped and gross, beds were horribly quality with springs poking you, and the staff was not service oriented or very friendly. Very disappointed in this location. After talking with some people in London we came to find out that our experience is not normal with hostels, most of the time they are better kept. This was pretty bad. Don’t trust the pictures you see in their ads, they aren’t what you will get.

Pros: Right around the corner from public transport. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pretty good value.
Cons: Rooms and facilities were suffering from either age, or poor design. Sometimes both. Had to spend a lot of time at cafes, because the room did not have an electrical socket for me to charge my phone. Only ventillation in the room was from an open window, exposing you to all kinds of traffic noise throughout the night.

Pros: Location was great. Nothing else.
Cons: Trip to London for 1 night, got the room key out our bags down and headed straight out. Paid for a twin room, got a room with 4 beds. Tea and coffee facilities were meant to be included - we had just sugar... no tea OR coffee available. Dirty sheets. Private bathroom - more like a sit on toilet whilst you wash your hair room. Way too small and door didn’t shut at all!!! Not nice. Also mould everywhere. Turned the heater on and sparks came from the switch on the wall... the manager said he doesn’t need to do pat testing for anything :/ it also meant we was freezing through the night as we didn’t want to turn the heater on due to this. (One guy came to look at it, flicked the switch and said it was fine, we have a video and pictures of the switch sparking)! The radiators didn’t work so we know why the heater was provided but we was scared to see it on. Carpet doesn’t fit the floor. 1 single bed didn’t fit the mattress on. 1 double bed was broken and not standing straight and also big dip in mattress (like over 10 years old) nasty. When sleeping, the bedding smelt horrible and the whole room smelt of damp. The toilet was making an awful noise all night, and as the door didn’t shut properly there was no way of drowning the noise out. Dirty towels. Curtains didn’t fit. Cracked plug sockets Smelt people smoking outside even though windows were shut. Didn’t even attempt breakfast - read reviews, enough to put us off. We asked to swap rooms but apparently they were full. I then asked the manager if he would have this furniture/facilities in his home and he said no so I said why would you let paying customers stay there. Wardrobe looked like it came from second hand with stickers all over and was just dirty. Didn’t even want to shower in the morning - doubt it would make us cleaner anyhow. Overall great location. Awful hotel, awful customer service, awful everything else...

Pros: Close to Victoria station, and some wonderful restaurants nearby.
Cons: If you are staying at the front of the building, expect a fair amount of traffic noise.

Cons: The rooms could do with a bit of paint to freshen room up, The breakfast was a bit of a let down, as it was just cerel and toast, wouldn't really call it a continental breakfast

Pros: Location.... that is all
Cons: The filth! Carpet coming up or frayed throughout the room. Dust on the curtains. Bedsheets were to be desired for, bed bugs wouldn’t infest them. Overall it was mouldy and disgusting. Use what you charge for a “room” to do up the place I’ll

Pros: It did not seem to give us any bed bugs and it was close to Victoria station.
Cons: Pay for WiFi when it said it was included. Dirty. Awful mattress. Shower overflowed in 3 minutes. Shower cord was kinked waterflow sucked So cold you needed the space heater on all night. Only 2 of the 6 outlets worked. Loud. Thin walls. Toilet far away.

Pros: price and location, such an affordable price so central is hard to find
Cons: It's filthy! You can hear the street through the single glazing and all can hear when you flush the toilet down the corridor. Tolerable for a few days because of the price and location
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: Charged my card a whole week before staying. On arrival was asked for more money!! Ended up having to pay a second time for the booking then they said they would refund my booking credit card within 5 working days but would not accept that the room had already been paid for with the original payment made and demanded this further money or the booking is cancelled and there would be no refund Not the way to do business
3.0 Mediocre
Pros:
Cons: You get what you pay for. If you are looking for a perfect location and to get back only to sleep for a couple of hours, than it is a good choice. All previous opinions about the hotel being dirty are indeed true. Tip: do not expect anything more for breakfast than toasts, butter and a jam (all served in a basement).

Pros: Decent location
Cons: The room was an absolute disgrace unbelievably filthy.
