The location is really good, if you plan to stay close to the Royal Gallery and Buckingham Palace. Near to the gardens around for leisurely walks or early morning runs. The stuff was friendly.
Upon check-in the stuff tried to charm me and said they’ve upgraded me. The room was bigger, smelled of old tobacco and mold and had absolutely no view. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get the room I had booked. It was refurbished not too Long ago. However, it was not flawless, e.g. there were some

Some of the breakfast and dinner staff seemed a little grumpy didn’t really engage in conversation which as I was on my own would have been nice.
