Cramped. For the price way too small. Moved over to Jury’s Inn and much much better and room to move around. And better location
excellent location - near train station and shopping center
hotel room was so cramped
Dated old hotel experience
No free wifi in the rooms even as a HHonors member. In this day and age to charge $15 per day for Internet is ridiculous. Small room, no refrigerator, dated decor.
Everything worked as it should; good location for Tube and attractions, Museums.
Queuing for breakfast; we shouldn't need to be shown to a table and have breakfast explained to us. It's a good breakfast. Just get on with it!
Excellent staff, ready and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had....
Not easy to find from the airport...small rooms...no internet in rooms
Rude (male) receptionist staff.
Good hotel to enjoy London for a few days; conveniently close to central metro line and Westfield shopping mall. Excellent breakfast facilities.
Windows need to stay closed to keep traffic noise out if you stay in the road facing rooms (Holland Park Avenue). Bathroom could be better for a 4 star hotel, almost no water pressure and limited hot water supply during peak hours.
Food was good.
I never realised that the Hilton group operated low budget hotels with rooms smaller than most other hotels.
central location plus comfort and cleanliness of room
The friendliness of the staff the relaxed atmosphere and the comfortable bedand pillows.
The location is great for people from Oxford as the bus stops right outside and nearby is Westfield Shopping
Friendly staff, comfortable room
Staff were frindly
Too small room compare to the price paid for!
A great choice for leisure trips to London. Hilton quality without the central London prices!
The matress was superb. We had the best sleep ever.
The cleaning lady did not speak English well so it was not easy to communicate. Firstly, they opened the door a 8 o'cock in the morning to deliver the newspaper. THey could have slipped it under the door. Moreover, new towels were added every day but the previous ones were left behind. So after a four night stay we ended up with a pile of towels in our bathroom.
