Pros: Wonderful hotel with incredible views over the London Tower! Perfect location, with Tower Hill underground station just below the hotel. We had a noise issue with some water pumps and they changed us the room without any problem, thank you for that! Nice pubs and restaurants close to the hotel. Highly recommendable hotel!

Pros: The location, the view, the staff, the room (everything controlled by the ipad) room keys worked the entire time we stayed, the design of the hotel, seemed like there was an emphasis on being eco friendly. Even though the room is small it has everything you need and if it isnt in the room it’s somewhere else in the hotel. The sky bar is amazing especially at night with everywhere outside lit up

Pros: Perfect location just outside Tower Hill station. Easy self check-in and friendly staff who suggested us a nice place for breakfast. Lots of movies to chose from in TV and with funny room light setting :) Lovely rooftop bar with great view.
Cons: We changed room for one time because the aircon is not working well. We tried to set the temp to 18C with highest fan mode but it has no wind and feels like 20-23. Technician came by and said this is the best temperature they can have. So for people who are scared of heat might need to take this as consideration. (Though you won't feel too hot when you are just lying on bed...) Room 509 ipad screen touching not working too well, cannot change channel since second day so need to use the remote control. A bit surprised that there is no kettle in room. Can't get any hot water so need to get out for hot tea/coffee... Slightly overprice, probably because we booked too late and it is mid-Sept where students/parents are visiting UK...

Pros: All staff pleasant, helpful & friendly. Rooftop bar was great.
Cons: Had ‘interior’ room was expecting one with a view, as headlined on your web site. We asked to change but no outside view rooms available. Disappointing as we had booked the hotel almost a month before. Who gets the view rooms and why? Didn’t like having to crawl into bed, I.e. no space either side to get into bed as normal, not easy for two pensioners, one with arthritis. Hot Breakfast first morning was good, second morning, only eggs were actually hot.

Pros: Great bed, comfortable room and super breakfast. Bar, reception and breakfast staff really friendly.
Cons: The background music in the bar and at breakfast is a bit loud for relaxing conversation. The restaurant staff may want to be a bit more flexible late in a Sunday night when asked if we can drink a glass of wine i one of the many empty tables overlooking the river.

Pros: A well situated hotel by the river and opposite 02 where I’d seen a concert

Pros: RECEPTION and CONSIERGE staff very efficient and pleasant

Staff seemed stressed and overworked. Not a good experience overall.

I was sharing a room with a friend and really great that the rooms are designed with the hairdryer outside the bathroom (2 can get ready at once) 2 full length mirrors, iron in room too.
Cons: No issues with the hotel but wouldn't it be great to have a pier to the O2 from Providence Wharf
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely positive. Place is modern and clean; full marks for a modern well-tech'ed hotel. Restaurant was very workable and even took a date there...
Cons: the location is VERY FAR from anything tourist or business in London. Low-rates on room/night is swallowed in higher taxi (ridiculous), better-but-still-exorbitant Uber (could live with and did) or complicated-time-consuming options (uber or taxi to canary-wharf station, go to this line, change, go to that line, etc).
Hotel Advice: Have pro-active information (like email) warning customers of extreme prices to get-anywhere, and suggest mediating ways to get a better "total cost of ownership" to the customer. Having a hotel-guard stop all traffic in seems an unnecessary step...too.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful great selection and hot
Cons: Nothing could have been better - evenything was perfect for our short stay

Pros: Location was good, bedroom was reasonably spacious and bed was comfortable, air con was good and responsive. Concierge was very polite and helpful.
Cons: Bathroom was poor. It was small and instead of glass panels around the shower/bath, the was a shower curtain, which whilst was adequate, was not the most hygienic, reduced the space available in the shower and looked awful. Not what I would expect from a ‘5*’ hotel. The staff at breakfast did not appear particularly interested in making the first meal of the day a particularly pleasant one.

Pros: I love the spacious and cleanliness of the room. Also, the bed is so comfy that i feel like sleeping in longer.

Cons: absolute nightmare to get to because of road works surrounding the immediate vicinity, however, this isn't so much a negative about the hotel itself. was disappointed we had the choice of either paying an extra £30 to park in the public car park opposite for 2 days or an extra £50 to have it valet parked. we weren't expecting such a high charge.

Cons: The main thing that i wasnt happy about was that it was a 3pm check in and we got there just after 3 and they said there was no parking left at the hotel and we had to park at jubliee car park which was ok only a few mintues walk but cost us most more in long run. Better if you resever a place when booking. Also breakfast isnt inculded in the price and its very expriance for a breakfast so we left it and had breakfast out. Breakfast should be included in the price for how much you pay for the room.

Located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Bethnal Green, Town Hall Hotel & Apartments is a real mix of architectural styles: the handsome Edwardian building is partly topped by a vertical extension of laser-cut aluminum, and the interiors see stately staircases, marble flooring, high ceilings, and a marble-clad swimming pool. Twinkling chandeliers, wood paneled walls, and quirky design pieces also provide eye-catching conversation starters. While the large apartment-style guestrooms encourage a night of reclusive indulgence, the neighborhood beckons with galleries, hip weekend markets, traditional English pubs, swanky new bars, and great restaurants—one of which, the Corner Room resides in the hotel. Guests should also keep an eye out for the various multidisciplinary artworks around the hotel, such as the old-fashioned “Molly Malone” telephone near the reception that plays a selection of site-specific poems read aloud by London “cabbies".

Cons:

Pros:
Cons: It’s impossible to have a shower in the freestanding upstairs bath, in the two bed apartment, without flooding the floor. To have your room cleaned you have to request it... which we didn’t request, however that then means that you don’t receive a restock of complimentary water
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really nice place and great room. Well appointed and fully equipped as a small apartment. Walking distance to Broadway Market and London Fields
Cons: No parking spaces except for residents in surrounding streets so tricky for car travelers

Pros: Nice room and comfy beds
Cons: It was our wedding night (I.e. we had just got married!) and I had communicated this in advance, but absolutely nothing special was provided for us. We arrived with me in a wedding dress, and the staff didn’t even comment!! This was such a let down. Plus there were no vegan options for room service.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly. Check in is fast. The apartments are very comfortable. Location is great.
Cons: I stayed two nights in an apartment and the apartment was not serviced in that time whatsoever. I do think that the rooms would benefit from the fridge being stocked better.

Cons: A little difficult to access at first glance and a TV that was a bit rebellious. If you book a room with a ‘view’ you’ll have the back of all the Canary Wharf buildings and the construction site of the London Spire, so not worth paying extra if you’re just using it to sleep.

Pros: We always stay at this hotel we love it but this stay wasn't as great. Our room wasn't up to standard, the bathroom wasn't very clean with hairs in the bath. I don't know if it was because the regatta was on and the hotel was extremely busy but we felt we didn't get the warm welcome we usually do and no option to upgrade. My husband informed them it was our wedding anniversary beforehand but we didn't even get so much as a 'happy anniversary' from when we checked in.

Concierge was great, Timothy. Advised restaurants where we have got even the compliment from him - glasses of Prosecco.
Cons: Despite I have booked not the standard, but executive room, chosen based on the pictures on booking.com, I have got the room very different from what was on the picture. The room was old, the same which was on the pictures of standard room. Furniture is old as well as carpets. While my colleague who have booked cheaper, standard room got the renovated modern room. Reception explained that the room differs by its amenities and the access to the lounge, which was strange as I have chosen and paid for the room at the picture and it was very weird that the standards are better in this hotel. Was disappointed. Will not go to this hotel anymore, since they haven’t explained how to get renovated modern room paying for it and why it didn’t reflect the picture on the booking...

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Easy access, staff helpful and trained, three lifts
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our regular hotel in London, ideal for business or city trips, you know what to expect, and it's ok every time. The location was ideal for us, 2 tube stations and night bus service nearby to get to/from the center.
Cons: This time the bar staff was very slow (very new employee maybe)
7.0 Good
Pros: Small but clean and everything you needed for a short stay
Cons: No hand towels and noisy bathroom door.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was excellent.Room small but sufficient.
Cons: Everything was fine except for the bathroom. The bathroom was a prefabricated step up fiberglass unit like in a boat....No coffee maker but did have a electric water for instant coffee.
7.9 Good
Pros: The room was not bad, convenient store next to it.
Cons: Small Bathroom. Huge noise from the exhausting fan. Food didn’t taste good but expensive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room clean , the iron provided is a good idea!
Cons: The shower equipments look a bit old. We can feel it by touching them.
6.5 Good
Pros:
Cons: The bathroom was like a cruise ship bathroom. One big piece of plastic and tight fit.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean and staff were incredibly friendly. The bar was modern and not too badly priced for London. Checkin was simple and the left luggage service was smooth and simple.
Cons: The only thing that wasn't great was that our room was next to a maintenance closet and multiple times throughout the evening and morning we could hear the staff talking and moving things around etc. This led to us being woken up earlier than we would have liked on the morning, but wasn't too bad as we did have a train to catch! Better sound proofing would have sorted this issue and next time I would just ask for a different room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location, subway just around the corner. Check-in, check-out super speedy.
Cons: "Bathroom cubicle" felt odd.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: great location! 1 minute from the train station, many restaurants around the hotel
Cons: the halls from the elevator to the room are lined with carpets, the smell is not very good, i think they shpuld get rid of the carpets and clean the halls.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very warm welcome on arrival - helpful and engaging staff.
Cons: The bathroom was clean but there was an unpleasant smell from the drains.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is situated at a very convenient location, close to underground stations. The check-in is fast and the staff is very helpful. Coffee at breakfast is very good.
Cons: The breakfast should be improved - I would prefer to have fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, boiled eggs. The towels seems old.
