The rooms are small but spotless and well appointed. The location is great as well.
I reserved a double room, but they tried to pass a single room off on me twice before giving me a double room. So shady.
I'm stay at RM118 above Kitchen Room at the floor I feel warming all the time. That is good during the cool period on this month I'm feel comfortable and happy to stay at Oliver Plaza same as my home.

Beautifully renovated property, well designed and attractive. Breakfast was great, with both a full English breakfast (eggs, sausage, ham, beans, etc.) and continental breakfast, all of which were good. The restaurant staff was warm, friendly and efficient. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Air conditioning worked well, and it was spotlessly clean. in the bathroom by the sink, there were two electrical outlets, one that fit regular European 240V plugs and the other American 120V plugs, which was very helpful. There were also USB ports by both beds. The bathroom mirror has a small light in the center that serves as a night light. When you press that spot, the whole perimeter of the mirror lights up, helpful for applying makeup. It's in a nice neighborhood in Kensington and Chelsea, and close to many shops, restaurants and pubs, including grocery stores. Very quiet. Only about 2 blocks from Earls Court Underground station. I would definitely stay there again.
The only thing we didn't like was that everything is VERY tiny. I know this is typical in London, but it was difficult to adjust to, especially coming there from a spacious Airbnb in another country. There was hardly enough room for two people to pass each other. The one good thing was that the beds are high so that suitcases will fit under them.
Everything was really clean and new. Location really near Earl’s Court station, easy.
Room was really small, we knew, it would be small but it was a surprise how small it really was. We didn’t spent much time at the hotel so it was just fine.
Clean, new, convenient location
Single room is tiny but I’m not complaining because I knew I just need it for the night
