Strange inventory: No hooks to hang coats etc. Only one shelf for shirts in the wardrobe, no other furniture witgh drawers (underware etc.) half of the wardrobe full of ironong board. No hooks to hang bathrobe and bigger towels in the bathroom. small selection at breakfast, every day the same. Loud music allready at breakfast. No bowls for yoghurt and esreal to mix, except small plastic cups. All breakfast cups, spoons etc. plastic (lots of vaste) hardly any tables to eat breakfast (sofas. lounge chairs etc.) Over all feeling like a grown up youth hostel

Cons: Booked a two bedroom with a third party site,didn't have that option so I called up the hotel to see if there was an option. Was told to just mark in underspecial request and they would have it for me. When I checked in was given a small King size room and says that's what we booked. Told the manager who talked to us what happened and she says we never made the request. I pulled up the reservation on myphone and showed her the request, then she says its first come first serve basis. Only room left for the night was a $80 upgrade was a four class upgrade to a suite which was much bigger and had two TVs, so I took it, had no other option. Walked into the room and if that was a four class upgrade I would hate to see a regular room. Room was very small, only one TV. Don't get me wrong, hotel was very nice. Big screen TV,nice showers and towels, but felt very very very cheated. Along with the $52 for parking it was like spending $600 a night for a small room.......Really??

Pros: The hotel is super clean with without a doubt the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced.it is almost on the freedom trail and so close to the common it is in easy walk of Quincey market and both cheers pubs and all tourist stops are easily assessable by one of the tour bus at bottom of market .worth every penny

Pros: We stayed there 5 days after it opened, the rooms were clean, the lobby was nice, and posh. The beds were very comfortable and the room has Bluetooth Bose speakers as well as smart TVs.
Cons: They offer room service, but it's from the restaurant next door called Back Deck and the food wasn't just sub-par, it was bad. I ordered a burger that was burnt, it says it comes with french fries but it comes with dry, tasteless, potato wedges. We had our room upgraded to an executive suite, and it was still incredibly small. The staff is new and it is very obvious when you check in. They couldn't find where the card keys were or how to activate them which I would expect to be hotel staff 101. For as nice as the hotel is, there's a definitely a lack of professionalism in the lobby staff. And for whoever posted that there's a welcoming bar in the lobby, it hasn't even been opened yet, so....

Pros: Location was outstanding. The interior of the hotel was impeccable - obviously new. The bed was probably the most luxurious of any hotel bed I have slept in. Bose Bluetooth speaker provided ambiance to the room. Continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

Pros: The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Pros: The location was excellent - just a short walk from Boston Commons, Copley Square, the Green and Orange T lines and commuter lines, and several great restaurants. The room was cozy and provided the necessary amenities and the bed was very comfortable. Heather the concierge went above and beyond our expectations in handling our requests and helping out with some post-Boston Marathon logistics. All of the staff from check-in to the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel displayed the charm of a historical building but with all of the necessary modern conveniences.
Cons: The elevators were a bit small and we had to pass one up at times when there were more than a couple of people waiting or when they were full. The lobby was a bit small and was a bit of a bottleneck during and after check-in. The Precinct bar had a good energy and good drink selection but the food and desserts were just okay (we did not get a chance to try the restaurant). We wish there was a pool or hot tub, which would have been perfect for post-race recovery.

Pros: Great location! We were able to walk to many local attractions and restaurants. The hotel room and bathroom were quite spacious. We had 4 adults in one room since one of our sons lives in the building next door. We figured we would be at his apartment most of the time and wanted to save on rooms. There was plenty of room to move around even with all the luggage. The queen size beds were much appreciated by all and the large bathroom with separate tub and shower never felt crowded. We loved the back lawn area overlooking the water. We sat out there and had cocktails and played a game of corn hole/bags with our sons.

Pros: This was a much nicer hotel than I expected for the money I paid. We were traveling with two children and had no problems. Everyone, especially the concierge was friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Quincy Market and the Aquarium. The Italian North end is just a little further. Great overall experience.
Cons: The only downside was the parking at the hotel was extremely expensive and was valet only. I'm sure there were other less expensive options nearby, but we didn't want the hassle of driving around the city with two crabby kids in the car.

Pros: The hotel looked nicer online to be honest. The staff were pretty great. House keeping was really good with fixing the room after i called about the bed being dirty. They left a nice note and some snacks/drinks as well. The TV was really nice.

Pros: I love the convenience, it is by far the most convenient hotel in Boston, it has a T stop in walking distance, it has a shaws right across the street, it has a connecting tunnel to shopping malls, has great bars and restaurants inside, and connected to the convention center as well as the sheraton where my friends were staying. the beds were so comfy. the pool and hot tub were well maintained especially considering the amount of people. The other thing I loved was the doormen they were amazing at helping me with my very heavy cumbersome bag and getting me a taxi I loved their manners!

I was pretty freaked when I heard this because they asked me to pay again at the desk. I contacted Kayak and according to the nice lady from the company she took care of everything and she did it was not on my bill. My complaint is that it shouldnt have been an issue to begin with, how stupid was the guy at the front desk? Kayak has been good to me with reservations why was that an issue? I actually dont understand how that would have even happened to begin with. My other complaint is even though I KNOW there were several conventions in town that weekend, I was really upset that my friends at the Sheraton got to have an extended check out till 2pm when I KNOW almost EVERY Marriott I have stayed at before has extended check out, the book says they offered it and the lady on the phone said they did NOT offer it specifically because of the convention. I don't see it as far if a hotel attached to the same convention center with the same amount of people could have it and I could not. Especially since the Marriott was a far nicer establishment the hotel room I stayed in and hotel in general was far better kept and polished then the Sheraton. So that was my only true disappointment. Especially since I did not have to check out, I was all set and would just leave. I understand as my mother used to work for Marriott that the maids have to come in and clean asap before new people check in around 4. But still, that just...was odd. In a hotel that large usually they have maids for a lot longer so, I guess I am just missing something.

Pros: Can't argue with the location. We were able to walk inside the hotel to the mall across the bridge and right into the MBTA station without even walking outside! A plus for Boston winters! The Champions restaurant in the hotel is a little pricey for our tastes, but the food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. We frequently asked the staff in the lobby places to eat and how to get places, etc and each time we were met with a friendly face and knowledgeable information. We were able to even check out using our TV, which made our rushed exit so easy! Our room was also cleaned by ~10:30am (one day we went to breakfast and came back around ~10:30 and it was already done). People on this website also complained about the elevators being slow - we didn't experience that. We stayed on the 26th floor. There were elevators 1-27 and other ones that went to the higher floors which we didnt use, but didn't see people waiting around for them either.

Come to find out they had a room readily available and we didnt have to wait until 3 or 4 which was the usual check in time. Scored big points with that type of service. The young woman at the front desk was very professional and helpful and gave us a map of boston for our new years adventure. We didnt spend much time in the hotel as it was new years. The room was very modern and hip and super clean. The beds were comfortable and the best part was we were able to view the boston harbor fireworks from our hotel balcony at midnight! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the city for a night or a few days- location is great and a place called Mike and Pattys is right around the corner with awesome breakfast sandwiches. Glad we chose the Revere!

I enjoyed my stay and I'd definitely book here again. For the price, I was very satisfied.

We couldn't adjust the AC except to two temperatures: 68 and 74. 3) No mirror in the room. 4) No refrigerator or mini-bar in the room. 5) No blow dryer. 6) Waited 15 minutes for an elevator, then couldn't get on it was so crowded. 7) Rude, arrogant staff except for Serena, and the day GM, who tried to help but wasn't around to do much until it was too late. Pros: The hotel was easy to get to, and had parking on-site (not free, which is the norm in Boston from what I'm told). There was a nice restaurant on-site, and a Starbucks for breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows comfortable.

There were no other options for breakfast other than Starbucks in the lobby, except room service at an outrageous price. The wi-fi was not accessible--we could have called the desk, but didn't bother. There was no information in the room with instructions. The shower was so weak it took twice as long to rinse off, unless you used the hand-held massage shower which took your skin off. Local phone calls were not free which is ridiculous. Bottled water in the room had a price tag on it. I was afraid to use the soap in the bathroom for fear it would cost extra. I do not like being "nickled and dimed." The little amenities should be free. Will look elsewhere for my next stay.

Also, water ended up getting all over the bathroom floor because it had no where to go in the shower.

The restaurant has some excellent deals buck a shuck oysters from 4:30-:6:30 everyday. The $20 New England Lobster Meal that included; Corn on the cob, seafood chowder, a lobster and more. The restaurant had el fresco dining as well as a wall of windows on North Street right across from Faneuil Hall. The lobby was beautiful and very inviting. They even had a game section on the bookshelves for kids and families. The portico was very unique and mostly sheltered. The staff was very polite and helpful. The view from the rooms with the little balconies was a beautiful touch. The wall of windows in your room was wonderful. The late check out noon, the fact that they would store your bags in a locked room with a video monitor and would tagbyour bags they were holding like you were boarding a plane.

Pros: Stayed here twice. Both for location. Room rates are pricey but you are in the midst of downtown Boston. The in-house restaurant was serving a $20 lobster dinner special which was fantastic. Valet parking is easy and staff is very courteous. There is an extra charge for valet at $49. Again very pricey but if you are staying for a few days it evens out. The room was a standard king that was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for two. We were provided a mini fridg gratis. The usual outrageously overpriced mini bar is present along with bottled water priced at the level of alcohol. Several newspapers are available free.

Pros: I like the proximity of the hotel to the Hynes Convention Center, and the variety of food and retail stores available. And the presence of the chapel in the Prudential center was a very pleasant surprise!
Cons: The staff that checked me in. She was on the snarky side. After a long drive to Boston and attending the conferences for the whole day, I want to get checked in as soon as possible and get some rest. I unknowingly stepped into the line of the "preferred guest", and she sarcastically pointed that out to me. That was not a very good first impression on the staff and the hotel, as far as I was concerned.
Located in Back Bay, this hotel is steps away from The Shops at Prudential Center and Hynes Convention Center. Berklee College of Music and Christian Science Plaza are also within 10 minutes. Prudential Station and Hynes Convention Center Station are within a 5-minute walk.

Cons: The hilton would not honor the double room I booked without an argument. I booked a double and they claimed to only have single king bed available. They claimed booking thru a third party was no guarantee. In the end we got the handicapped room but it was totally aggravating. I guarantee they overbooked bc a student group was there and they obviously can't place students in one bed. It was not super clean. Mold in sinks and lobby toilets were clogged.

Pros: The whole atmosphere from walking in was just happy. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The view of the city was great, and the room was phenomenal. Loved the decor and the pillows. The pool was awesome and that was the best temp in a hot tub I've felt in a long time.

Pros: Lovely amenities: pool/hot tub in the fitness center was very clean, cotton robe in the closet was a nice touch, and the infused water in lobby made for a refreshing start of the day.
Cons: No included breakfast and subpar in-room coffee. There is a cafe in the lobby but by that time, I was ready to explore elsewhere.

Cons: We originally had a reservation for 3 days. We were a late check-in. However when we arrived the first night they were fully booked and had to get us a room at a different hotel. That experience did not go well but the Hilton Boston Back Bay did everything to help us.

Cons: There was a mistake in our reservation dates. The front desk staff was so rude and apathetic about it, we cancelled our return stay with them. Neither one said they were sorry about the mix up, never smiled, kept saying they were totally booked — we had been walking in the rain from the bus and obviously needed help. Customers ultimately decide who receives their money!
