Elevators out of order (we were on 5th floor), no coffee in the morning. Overall unimpressive
Cons (-) They never answer the phone, emails, or even facebook messenger! I booked a pre-paid free-cancellation room and tried for around 2 months to cancel and get my refund due to COVID. I am yet to hear from them. Called tons of times and always "took my information to call back", never called back.
Pros (+) Lovely customer service. Cute hotel in the middle of Copley Square. Hot chocolate in the lobby after a chilly Boston day - how nice!!
Pros (+) Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walking distance to attractions.
Cons (-) Check out was not until 12pm, maid knocked on door the door four times from 8am till 11:36am. Felt like was being rushed out.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was so courteous and friendly! We were traveling for our anniversary and they were so nice to upgrade our room AND allow us early check-in after we arrived from an early morning flight. I liked the proximity to Boylston and Newberry St. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Boston.
Cons (-) If the hotel was located a little closer to the freedom trail, it would have been perfect for our trip! We didn't mind walking, but did notice it wasn't as central as we thought.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. Andrew and the valet boys were wonderful. Very professional.
Cons (-) You could barely turn around in the, less than spacious, bathroom.
