Cons: This hotel is highly overrated and overpriced! My room was a King Suite and it was ok but in this case, what they consider modern, I consider cheap. The bed was not very comfortable so I did not sleep well. The view from my room was awful.

Pros: Very cool architectural revamp of an old Boston prison. Front desk Ali (I think) reception with champagne was good.
Cons: Room was a bit tight for 3 of us but ok The soap pumps were not dispensing smoothly or easily and needed an under cleaning on their rack which was loaded with moldy soap scum. . Room cleaning was altogether skipped on second day - perhaps we left hotel late ?.

Pros: Last night was the first time I stayed at The Boxer. It was fabulous. Reasonable price for such a great location. My friend and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. She ordered a chicken dish. The manager came over & advised they had run out and apologized. He made recommendations for alternate dishes. While waiting for our meal, the manager brought us a complimentary appetizer for not having my friends 1st choice. Delicious brussel sprouts! When our main course was ready, it was delivered by the chef. Such a pleasant surprise. He was delightful to talk to. Dinner was excellent, served quickly ( we were on our way to a show) by a wonderfully pleasant staff at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

Pros: The staff was welcoming and helpful in terms of being knowledgeable about the area. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of items to choose from.
Cons: We did not have heat in our room. the front desk sent maintenance to resolve the Issue. He was in the room for 20-25 minutes, said issue was resolved and heat would be working in the next 10 mins but we still didn’t have heat.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent at the restaurant called Blake's.
Cons: The hotel front desk service was unprofessional and the employee was rude, less than knowledgeable and dismissive. He was all alone and could not handle the stress of a line of people. The valet person was on their cell phone, also unprofessional.

Pros: Staff was very good. The place was clean. The location is very near Boston Garden. Bathroom clean & nice. 24h desk open.
Cons: Hallways were narrow. Space on sides of bed narrow. Bathroom entry narrow. Shower not ADA. Bar/restaurant small & unattractive, so we did not go in.

Pros: Location was very convienent to td garden and many bars. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfy too.
Cons: We stayed Saturday into Sunday and didnt expect workers to be jackhammering next to our window at 730am. The room was small but cozy. Had questionable hole in ceiling possibly from water damage?
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: Heater was broken and they couldn't fix it and couldn't move our room

Cons: No lobby.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location is good
Cons: I dislike the property - slow elevators, the room they gave me had a broken ac and weird noise coming out of the ac unit. I asked them to look into it but it was over 85 degrees when I came back to the room. I asked them to change my room and after a bit back and forth and me threatening to leave, they gave me another room. Which at first was fine but then realized the windows are terrible and could hear everything including trucks moving about, the bar across the street. I do not recommend staying here
