Excellent 9.5
Pros: Location - great views and easy access to all Boston has to offer. Room was large, airy and bright with a huge bed and good shower. Breakfasts were also good.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and clean room and beds. Good restaurants walking distance nearby plus the Hop on trolley office is close. Complimentary breakfast served outside the rooms so we could take it into the room and enjoy - it was fresh and wonderful! We left early on our day of departure to catch a flight and breakfast items were in our room fridge for the morning - very considerate. Travelling with 2 teenagers - the queen room with 2 queen beds and sofa bed was really spacious. Sofa bed (unlike many) was really large and comfortable. Common lounge area facing the marina was great to relax in after a day of walking plus free water, coffee and snacks were available if needed. We all loved it and would love to stay here again.
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The view hands down. The size of the room was way overboard for two us but we enjoyed the room to spread out.
Cons: Can't think of anything!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This was beyond our expectations. It was very family friendly and the room was HUGE! It had everything we needed and more. The bathroom was pristine and large. The room was very comfortable. Cheryl at the front desk was an amazing wealth of knowledge for things to do around the city. She and Rick were extremely accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety. The captain’s lounge was a fun place to hang out and watch ships go past.
Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like-the whole experience was amazing and we will keep these memories for a long time to come. I can’t think of anything I would change.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The corner suite right above the water-light filled-wooden beamed ceiling-large private porch-soaking tub-beautiful understated furnishings-luxurious king sized bed-complimentary breakfast-friendly competent thoughtful staff-parking just outside the charming boutique hotel-yachts-sunrise and sunset harbor views!
Cons: Zero.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: A unique private hideaway on the ocean front next to everything. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable and clean room. Enjoyed delicious breakfast buffet to be enjoyed in our own room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location and beautiful views of the marina. Large well appointed room with comfortable beds and plenty of storage spaces. Breakfast (good varied selection- French toasts were fantastic) served outside the room to bring back to our bedroom and eat by the windows was a lovely way to start the day.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Buffet breakfast was delicious and easily accessible in the corridor outside the rooms. We enjoyed our cosy meal back in the room, still in our bathrobes, and the gorgeous harbor views. Location was perfect, and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The double queen room was spacious and fit our family if 4 perfectly. Only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, spacious, great location
Cons: We had a late check in. It was Confusing to find in the dark.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place is a gem. Perhaps the best property that we have ever stayed at. The location in Boston is perfect, and the room was amazing.
Cons: I am picky. And cannot find one thing to fuss about!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Great location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The architecture and history of the historic building.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was great. Room was much more than expected. We loved the loft bedroom.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was AWESOME. The room, big, immaculate, beautiful (and smelled good). The building, historical, interesting, and brilliantly quirky. The family game room and fitness center, well-maintained and just what we needed after long days touring. The staff, outstanding — the courtesy and friendliness here was almost shocking. Everyone, from the ladies in the breakfast room to the housekeeping staff to the floor managers to the folks at the front desk, seemed to like what they were doing and that translated into a great guest experience for us.
Cons: We would have loved a better breakfast experience but understand the limitations. The counting room is a neat environment. So, it made the boxed cereal taste better.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to most of the historic areas. Access to the interstate was relatively easy, but if you wanted to only stay in Boston, you would never need your car.
Cons: For as much as the room was, it would have been helpful to not have to "buy" things at breakfast. But there is a small kitchenette, so breakfast items could be purchased and used in the room.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Excellent location - easy walk to attractions. We used Uber a lot to go to further away attractions like the museum of science, Harvard, legoland and airport. Overall excellent experience. Breakfast is not complimentary but there is a food court at finauel hall which is close by and 7-eleven is across the street. With the efficiency kitchen, we were able to eat breakfast in the room.
Cons: For the price of the room, I think the continental breakfast should be included.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Marriott Custom House during our recent family vacation to Boston. The location is ideal and the villas provided plenty of space for everyone. The observation deck was fun and we went up there several times during our stay. We would definitely return to the Custom House again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The roof top view
Cons: Sofa bed uncomfortable hard
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious rooms in a perfect location!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great staff, location and infrastructure for a city hotel.
Cons: We stayed in the 2nd floor where you have a few steps of stairs between the elevator and the room. I was with luggages and a stroller. It was complicated.
Good 7.5
Pros: Second time staying there and I will not stay anywhere else. Very accommodating! Love this place!!
Cons: I liked everything. It was perfect!

Pros: Location and Hotel
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Excellent location, harbour view from room. Good food at restaurant. Kids enjoyed pool.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Quality of the rooms, the location, and value for money was excellent.. I must also commend the services of Nathan at the concierge who took exceptional care of us.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and within walking distance to many attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was awesome. Very dog friendly.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Well appointed rooms, super clean, great staff, super friendly and genuine.
Cons: Didn’t realise the summer in the city festival entailed a live band outside our window every night!! And it was loud!!! We should have been given the option to change our hotel room to a city view at check in as it took our jet lagged 8 year old quite some time to settle and fall asleep.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful room with a fantastic view.
Cons: Several small problems like unfriendly staff at breakfast reception and very long wait at breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and safe
Cons: All good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was in a great location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location and amenities. If we asked for it we got it. Yoga mat, ice, corkscrew, and maintenance. We had one of the newly renovated rooms which was really beautiful. Fantastic view into the harbour.
Cons: Some of the new renovations were not checked thoroughly for functionality. Toilet ran and needed adjustment. The sliding door into the bathroom could not be opened or closed without significant effort. Maintenance could not fix it as the door is too heavy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a true 5 star experience
Cons: The AC in the room had a very strong fan, even when turned down low - it did not extend to the bed so it worked for me but if I had sat at the desk, it was to the point of uncomfortable. But the overall hotel experience was first rate.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and the staff
Cons: $60 parking fees!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s location was exactly what I needed, close to everything the city has to offer.
Cons: In room dining options were a bit lacking so we ended up passing on it entirely.

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy to get to from the airport. Quick efficient check in. Great shower.
Cons: Beds need to upgrade to queen size in the double room for the price of the stay. 2 adults and 2 kids.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and service was perfect.
Cons: There was no microwave or anything to heat any food in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A great stay in a vibrant area within an easy and interesting walk to the heart of Boston. Top-notch staff, large comfortable and clean rooms/bathrooms. Not cheap, but not overpriced for area. Easy, reasonable parking. Our Deluxe King room towards the northwest corner had a good view of the fish pier and (bonus!) the airport runway traffic beyond, though stout windows blocked any noise. Harpoon taproom an easy walk.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The extra touches like a special selection of pillows and blankets and got to try a novel sort of pillow and a weighted blanket. They also had sachets of lavender for the pillows and bathrobes and probably the nicest hotel bar soap I’ve ever had
Okay 5.0
Pros: location
Cons: They added a hotel "service fee" to my supposedly prepaid stay. Bah. You should disclose the total cost when booking.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Perfect location to stay overnight if flying in to Logan (free Silver line from Airport) and perfectly situated across the street from Bay State Cruise port (fast ferry to ptown).
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The beds were super comfy, and the location was amazing. For breakfast I recommend to pass the buffet and go to Flour bakery, a few blocks away, the best bakery and sandwiches I had in the states.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great location, great rooms. Love that the king room has a chair and a couch. Bathroom was very nice and the shower was excellent.
Cons: Huge car parking fee
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We were extremely pleased with our stay. The health club facility was excellent. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the service and food were outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons: Just a small thing, I'm not a fan of Keurig coffee and would of liked a small coffee pot in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location in the Seaport area. Great restaurants near by with beautiful views of the Boston Harbor.
Cons: No dislikes
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: The fees they charge for drinks at the bar
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great fitness center

Excellent 9.3
Pros: Everything
Cons: Expensive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to the Garden and the North End. New, clean, and everyone was friendly. Fitness center was well equipped, not crowded on a Sunday morning..
Cons: We were on the Zakim bridge side and could hear traffic below, but it wasn't too bad. We were on the 9th floor, and it might be louder on lower floors. Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast was OK, not great.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The bed was very comfy and room was clean
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location and the staff was very friendly
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Had an issue with the room but staff took care of it in an appropriate manner
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The property was walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Boston and the surrounding areas. If you ventured outside the city it was just a short Uber/lyft ride!
Cons: The keycards were a little confusing at first but it was not at all a major issue.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was fantastic. Right outside the Boston Garden. The hotel was very clean and up to date. The woman who checked me in (I believe her name was Thy) was so incredibly kind. She was amazing. I was there with my wife to celebrate our birthdays plus our anniversary and she gave me a room with stunning views. Really made the experience great. The restaurant in the hotel (The Bistro) makes delicious food. I really enjoyed this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again when I visit Boston.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Not having free parking
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Not only was the hotel super nice and clean, but the staff was amazing!

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice hotel, great location.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is good. Short walk to Quincy Market. Nice restaurants and good neighbourhood
Cons: nobodoy explained us the facilities in the hotel, no room information. 2 lights in the room were broken. not what I expect from a 5* hotel and more than 300 bucks per night. after complaining we got vouchers for a breakfast and drinks, which was nice.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Cons: The price they charge to park your vehicle.
Okay 5.8
Cons: my prices was including the breakfast whereas the staff at hotel asked for extra usd 80 and they did not agreed to the booking.com confirmatrion re breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a very lovely property, we were happy to stay here. Staff are very welcoming. Spa is lovely. Check in staff are outstanding.
Cons: The room rate
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Very central and beautifully located on the water. The view from my room was lovely. The staff were delightful, and the service was excellent. We had three wonderful days at this hotel.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Everything okay, beautiful place, only breakfast poorer on my "European" conditions- :)
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The rooms were so spacious and my family of four was very comfortable in one room with two queen beds. This was the first time in a long time we all stayed in one room, and it was very workable for the three nights we stayed. The beds were so comfortable! After doing so many activities all day, it was great to sleep well and be so comfortable. Not only was the hotel on the beautiful waterfront, it also was the perfect location. We were all over the City, the North End section was beautiful and perfectly located. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. Our Bellman Patrick, was knowledgeable, helpful, so friendly and accommodating. Loved this hotel!!!!!!
Good 7.5
Pros: The location was great. The concierge was wonderful. Free breakfast was very good.
Cons: Room not ready - Had to wait for check in. Need coffee station in the lobby.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Great view and very comfortable bed! 24 hr. parking at hotel is helpful in a city with hard to find parking!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Breakfast room service was very disappointing, especially for the cost. Had same breakfast in room last year, was fantastic. Potatoes ,toast and meat looked and tasted like it was pulled off morning buffet after sitting for hours, als o did not get asparagus or any garnishment. Very disapointed

Pros: Location to BCEC was excellent!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great rooms with little kitchen. Plenty of space. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing negative to note
Excellent 9.5
Pros: excellent location; spacious rooms; very stylish design; nice restaurants and coffee bars close-by; check-out until 12:00pm; several high-chairs available in breakfast room;
Excellent 9.3
Pros: WALKING DISTANCE (AS A NEW YORKER) TO THE T AND SOME TOURIST SPOTS, EASY PARKING BY MYSELF WITH THE FAIR RATE (COMPARED IN BOSTON). NICE BREAKFAST, BIG SPACE ROOM AND FUNCTIONAL KITCHENETTE FOR FAMILY WITH A TODDLER.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The decor was very nice. The interior courtyard was pretty. The free breakfast was good. Lots of options. The staff was very attentive. Will come back
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Spacious rooms, clean, great breakfast
Cons: Complimentary breakfast ends early during weekdays.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Loved having hot breakfast available everyday. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and everybody on the staff was very friendly.
Good 6.3
Cons: Poor communication. Zero response to reservation issues. Front desk staff would only answer in corporate robo-speak
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location great, interior style very well done.
Cons: Just a few small things: interior court yard/atrium is an echo chamber so any small noice from the open elevator shaft (elevators make a small clicking sound when they are engaged which normally would never be noticed) but because the shaft is open to the central atrium which is covered in tile the small sounds echo through the entire hotel. If someone is having a conversation in the central atrium the entire hotel is privy to it. The walls are also thin so you seem to know exactly what is going on in the rooms around you. The building was built as a factory not a habitation so it looks really cool but other livable factors like quietness and warmth it lacks. My room was facing the alley where the trash is collected (I was there four nights) every morning at 0300 the garbage truck would back all the way down the alley with its reverse alarm beeping up a storm and then it sounded like a terrorist attack was taking place for a good 20 minutes while every dumpster was thrashed about and emptied into the truck. The front desk staff are typical Boston; coming from Japan where customer service and politeness is excessive, the more austere "here's your room key... what... you need directions on whea to paak, yaaah ovea thea" followed by blank stares... was jarring at first but its authentic and makes for good story telling. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff tending to breakfast things were very warm and pleasant.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Having a kitchen and having the room divided into sort of 2 rooms. The new/modern decor with old renovated building.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was why I selected the Godfrey. Easy access to historic State House where the Declaration of Independence was read on the 4th of July. The street has a wonderful vibe. The lobby is great for family gatherings. The door men are wonderful greeters.
Cons: Very weird and impossible remote control for the TV. Buttons were useless and kept sticking. Bedside lamp required you to get out of bed after reading to turn the light off. I wish the room was more user friendly for these simple every day routines.
Good 6.3
Pros: Location is great
Cons: Room was quite small for what I paid and nothing was complementary
Okay 4.0
Pros: Nice staff let us check in early. Had no problem with us hanging out in the lobby when our flight was delayed.
Cons: REALLY tiny room. Kind of a snooty vibe, even though the "Downtown Crossing" neighborhood is a little sketchy. Be careful walking around at night!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Excellent location, friendly staff, very good food for dinner & breakfast right next door.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was easy to walk to most parts of the city. The shower and beds were great.
Cons: No breakfast, except for attached coffee shop but not my cup of tea ( pardon the pun). Lots of homeless/ rough sleepers in the side streets nearby. Rooms low down can be very noisy- we had drilling in the road at 1.30 am for ages followed by bin collection at 5am. We did get moved to a higher floor with a great view and it was much quieter. Quite pricey for what you get, but I suppose you are paying for location.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Location is fabulous. Very short walk to Boston Common. Comfortable bed. A low light turns on when you walk into the bathroom which is very useful at night.
Cons: Insufficient towel racks in bathroom.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location
Cons: The bathroom door was a sliding wooden door that does not lock and staying with multiple people where a bathroom door doesn't shut/lock probably was the only odd thing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable room and bed / bedding. Nice pillows. Robes. Daily water bottles. Updated bathroom (fixtures, decor, lighting, rain showerhead). Excellent service - requested large ice bucket, extra coffee (keurig in room) with creamers. Felt pampered. Great location. Will definitely stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location! Wonderful rooms and staff!
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room size was a little bit small as usual but the quality of bed, bath, interior was outstanding. The comfort, coziness and wellness of the bed with its cushions and linens was one of the best experienced so far. The coffeeshop serves excellent breakfast and there is an outstanding restaurant aside. Staff is super friendly and helpful!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The sale price was great , the room was small but comfortable.
Cons: I didn't like the staff asking what they could do and when I did have a request to extend my stay with the same price, it was denied.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: We did not have breakfast included, but our room was a comfortable place to return to after long days exploring Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The staff was friendly. Everything else was lousy. We ended up staying at a different hotel even though we prepaid for this one.
Cons: The hotel was rather old. Our first room smelled very musty. They kindly relocated us to another room, which was less musty smelling. Another couple was also relocating for the same reason at the same time. The pink taxi was not available bc no driv
Good 7.7
Pros: The location was he best part of this hotel. Everything downtown was a short, safe walk (T stops, Fanuel Hall, Quincy Market). The room was small for the price but it was well kept. Everything was clean and staff was quick to respond to any requests we had.
Cons: Our AC/Heater broke on our last day there so we had to move rooms because it could not be fixed that night. It kept making an awful buzzing noise every few seconds and would have made sleeping impossible. It was about 8:30 at night and it was really the last thing we wanted to do. Fortunately, they had another room available, and they told us it was an upgrade (it wasn’t), but it was still a process to have to pack all of our stuff up and move it. No discount was offered for the inconveniece. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a big hotel and was full - but it seemed like we were the only ones there. Minimal noise from other rooms above or beside ours. The Room Service was excellent. We came to see a doctor at MGH but enjoyed the city and could easily walk everywhere.
Cons: It was expensive but worth it!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the friendly staff and beautiful reception areas
Cons: faultless
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The location, the bedding, the ice in container at night, the slippers, along with the chocolate .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The quality of service at the Langham is exceptional. I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff were universally excellent, the accommodations so truly comfortable, and so many lovely extras included. I stayed following an historic blizzard in Boston, and being in that space, so warmly greeted, every need considered -- I can't say enough about how wonderful this establishment is. I would stay again, every time I'm in Boston!
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 9.0

Okay 4.2
Pros: Staff was very friendly and enthusiastic
Cons: Dated & Tired, especially considering the price tag
Poor 1.0
Pros: location
Cons: Unhelpful front desk
Excellent 9.1
Pros: Clean, quiet, and relatively posh with ample room size. Luxury, but not high end luxury...hotel has good bones, but is older. Still a nice place to stay
Cons: Modern amenities in rooms for technology not really available...no charging ports, limited plugs even near the desk. Also the restaurant was not open at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday, just the bar with a more limited menu.

Pros: Mattresses were old and uncomfortable- woke up with back pain. No flowers or candles in room as advertised. Cons: See above.

Pros: Amazing breakfast Front desk staff provided us with a voucher due to a delay in our room being ready Very nice concierge and front desk staff
Cons: Our room was not ready in time, and they were (I think) short a duvet when they were preparing it, so they put two flat sheets on the comforter instead of a duvet. This was a minor annoyance.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Great room
Cons: Forever wait in the restaurant.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location, airport shuttle.
Cons: Food options... Need another option vs high $$ restaurant.. Most hotels have a commissary area..
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The views, the outdoor patio for dining
Cons: $46 to park, $30 a person for a breakfast buffet that is the same quality as other hotels free breakfast, bathrooms need updating, can not hear airplanes from the nearby airport - but you can hear a kid whining about his brother using his toothbrush at 5a
Good 7.0
Pros: The location was perfect! The shuttle service to/ from airport, ferry and subway system was on time and very convenient.
Cons: Price was a bit high.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at in recent memory. Huge, well appointed room. Bed comfort to die for! Terrific view of the harbor and Boston skyline out our oversized window. Total darkening blind made sleeping late a breeze. Super quiet! Great in-house restaurant with both indoor and waterfront outdoor tables. We’re heading out on a cruise, but this may end up being the highlight of our vacation!
Cons: Honestly can’t think of a single negative about this property.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great staff, professional & attentive
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to airport. Elegant. Calm, restful. Great food. Beautiful location
Cons: Beds and linens need refreshing
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Proximity to airport and how nice the property was. Awesome location and view of the harbor!
Cons: The only thing we had an issue was with the breakfast the morning we were checking out... took a while to get our food and when we were served, my husband’s eggs and ham were served in a pool of grease. The manager came to our table and apologized and offered my husband the buffet instead, but unfortunately, we didn’t have time because we had to catch our flight. So my husband went without eating. They didn’t charge us for his meal, but it was disappointing for sure!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and it was so nice to have a the free hotel shuttle.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What a beautiful location! I fell asleep and woke up looking at the beautiful Boston skyline across the water. It was so beautiful I didn't want to close the drapes! So close to the airport for an early morning flight, but I never heard any airplane noise. Staff were incredibly nice and the complimentary shuttle to the airport made staying here a breeze.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spectacular view of the Boston Harbor. The hotel restaurant makes a very nice fish and chips.

Pros: Shuttle to airport
Cons: We booked a king bed and when we checked in were told it was not available. I showed the confirmation to the person checking us in and was still told it was not available. I persisted and after looking at the booking in their system was told someone on their end changed the reservation to a queen. They then agreed to put us in the king we booked.

Excellent 8.5
Pros: The staff was amazing. From the bellboy to the reception staff, I found that they were all courteous, friendly and very genuinely helpful. Gaby, over in reception, deserves special praise for going out of her way to help two stranded women who had no food and could not speak English. She ensured that the women were given something to eat, and made sure they were settled into their rooms and were comfortable. I was there at the reception area and I saw all this happen. Amazing staff!
Cons: The room had a whining and loud air conditioner which made grinding noises through out the night. The result was a sleepless night and that was not a good start to a full day of business meetings. This was absolutely ridiculous!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The room was very comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. Location close to the airport, shuttle bus service available. This hotel is a pick-up point for many conferences. Hotel has its own restaurant.
Cons: Coordination of the shuttle bus - no information as to if and when it arrives at the airport. Breakfast didn't really include gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan options (a fruit bowl does not count). For a hotel of this price at least soy-milk should be available.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Lovely warm pool. Good selection at breakfast.
Cons: We paid for executive lounge and it was closed at the weekend!
Okay 5.8
Pros: The location was very convenient for an overnight stay at Logan airport. The shuttle service was prompt and very friendly. The breakfast choice was diverse and very fresh.
Cons: The dinner choices were disappointing and overpriced. The space for eating was freezing and noisy.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast
Good 6.3
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Selection of both warm and cold foods.
Cons: Outdated. Seems like Embassy Suites has not made any improvements to this hotel since it first opened. It simply seemed older & outdated....
Okay 5.0
Pros: Breakfast was included
Cons: I'm not sure what was going on during my stay but there was constant loud banging going on outside for long periods of time at night. Woke my up on night one and kept me up!! Did not get a relaxing night sleep while there.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: 5 -10 minute away from airport. Convenient to Subway Amenities were excellent. Staff great and helpful.
Cons: Price was high. But relative to time of booking and location
Okay 5.8
Pros: The staff was extremely kind and accommodating.
Cons: There were crumbs on the couch when we arrived in our suite. The beds don’t have a fitted sheet, just one regular sheet draped across it. The continental breakfast wasn’t very good.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Way too expensive!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The free breakfast for my children but they staff over all were not helpful. Example: women cleaning table would not move her cart with mine and my children’s hands full with food and even after making eye contact and asking her several times I had to move the cart with my foot. Truly not the happiest or most pleasant staff I’ve dealt with.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Shuttle service to the airport. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfast. Excellent for travellers that want to stay close to the airport.
Cons: A little expensive.
