Pros (+) The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. Boston is a very walkable city and the Milner is a well placed starting point for many of the most important attractions.
Cons (-) The 'continental' breakfast is appreciated but involves throwing away a lot of plastic packaging etc which is convenient for the hotel but not helpful to the environment.
