Location was convenient to what we wanted to do
Great staff good location
Staff was just very friendly and made us feel welcome. Location was very nice on the waterfront, many things to do walking distance.
Great last minute decision
We unexpectedly needed a hotel for one night in Boston. Went to Kayak for a solution and ended up in this luxury hotel for a very reasonable price right in downtown Boston just across the street from the Flower Show which was right where we wanted to go!
Great for business
"Full-service", with convenient tip-inclusive billing. This eases a minor business travel headache. Great location and facility.
No heat
The pool was closed for renovations and we were not informed in advance. Had we known, we would have booked our stay at another hotel for our getaway
I thought the rooms were small especially for a family of four.
Great weekend
Great stay. Had an event at Seaport World Trade Center. Would stay again
Everything was perfect! Great service, brunch was delicious! Gym was Great too.
We had three friends stay in two double beds. When I booked it I couldn't find 2 queen beds. Two doubles were a little small, but they were comfortable.
Very nice accommodations with a very comfortable b
The location was good to see Boston & get to our cruise.
Wedding music was loud & heard on the 6th floor. You should have better toilet paper & kleenex.
Great Hotel on the Boston Harbor!
The Seaport Boston Hotel seems to have been recently upgraded, as the rooms are quite modern, comfortable and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the bedside buttons to set the door to privacy, and turn off the lights. I was also impressed by the hotel's environmental focus. There were two bins in the room--one for trash and the other for recycling. The customer service was great and I also liked that tipping is not allowed. Gratuity is automatically included in the restaurant (just 18%) and the doormen do not accept tips for helping with bags. I also used the business center and was surprised to find that use of the scanner, copier and printers was free. I was able to print documents for a presentation for free. I had a great experience as this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.
I don't have any criticisms of this hotel!
Newly renovated ... fantastic bathroom and shower
Room was extremely clean, all amenities included, very good room service. Our bedroom was a regular one; however, had a great view, and we could have breakfast watching the harbor. Gorgeous restaurant and bar!
I would have mostly appreciated if it had a complimentary breakfast included, at least a Starbucks like voucher. And the parking garage is $35 a day, no special fee for staying at the hotel.
The location - over 30min walk to downtown / complicated underground connections
Overall good, it was a good choice. All hotels are expensive in Boston. Hotel is not recente but it is well kepted and clean and confort. we've eat at the bar open day-time for half the price of the hotel breakfast (18usd). I did have a light dinner at the hotel pub (if I can call it) and it was ok. T underground station just across the street takes you either to downtown or airport and it's a short walt to downtown (15-30m or so). no tips at any time it's an hotel rule.
for each night I've payed 4 local/hotel taxes !!!??? my total booking was 976usd an end paying almost 1100usd... taxes taxes taxes and taxes
Very close to the T stop so easy to get to places. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Overall staff was very friendly and helpful, except for the waitresses at the Tamo restaurant. They were rude and condescending..probably because tip is automatically included in the bill.
A beautiful hotel in an excellent location, we had lovely views of Boston from our room, can't fault the hotel at all
ease of access to conference centre , airport , city unobtrusive service
Close to airport, close to downtown. Nice view, friendly staff, large room.
Dining might be a bit weak.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Seaport Hotel. I was attending a conference at the convention center so the location was perfect. We did find the noise level from the surrounding rooms a little loud at times but the room itself was very clean and appointed with many nice ammenities. We had trouble with the coffee pot and someone was there very quickly to remedy the problem. We requested a late check-out and the staff was very accommodating. We would definately stay here again.
room was not ready on arrival

Dog owners and their four-legged companions can enjoy a variety of canine events, like the Canines & Cocktails seasonal party. For dog owners, this means appetizers and drinks, while dogs can benefit from the vast space and sniff out fellow canine friends. The Howl-O-Ween Costume party is another annual highlight where you and your pet can dress up spookily. Water and chewing toys are provided all year round.

To park in the onsite hotel parking lot, a fee of approximately $40 applies per day and car. As each room allows for one parking spot, reservation is not needed, but should you come with more than one car, you need to inform the hotel. As the parking lot is underground, your vehicle is protected from weather or vandalism.
Families can take advantage of the Seaport’s First Mate’s Club program, which entails a myriad of child and family-friendly services and features. Tickets for sports events, comedy events, or theater shows can be purchased, and restaurant reservations or recommendations are also available at the front desk.
Although an early check-in is not part of the hotel policy, the hotel is more than happy to let you into your room if it’s ready upon your early arrival. Should you have to wait until the official check-in time, you can store your luggage for free at the reception desk and start exploring Boston.
Rollaway beds are available, courtesy of the hotel, on a first come, first serve basis. To ensure additional sleeping space in your room, contact the hotel as far in advance as possible to secure a bed. Also note that Deluxe and Premium rooms cannot accommodate rollaway beds due to space limits.
