Pros: We both loved the bed. It was super comfortable. We stayed in Room 206. It was a little noisy from the street which bothered my husband but I love the city sounds.
Cons: We actually had tickets to a concert at the Shubert so it was a great location for the show but not much else that we did. I also was disappointed when we checked in because I prepaid for a room with a king size bed and was place in a room with a full size bed. When I asked the receptionist about it she seem to be bothered and it took a very long time for her to place us in another room. That was not too cool. The sink is in the room and very small. the hotel is great for a one night stay.

We were also on our honeymoon and the hotel made sure to make it extra special for us! Also on the days that it rained the hotel had umbrellas supplied for us which was great.
Cons: We stayed in the King with the bathroom and with all of our luggage there wasn’t a lot of room left. We wished there was more storage so we could take out our clothes instead of living out of a suitcase— but that was just a minor inconvenience. We are also from California so we are not used to the Boston cold. Our heater never went up higher than 69 despite letting the staff know. Overall though, it was an amazing hotel and we would recommend staying there to anyone.

Pros: Hands down best hotel I've ever stayed in for the money. From top to bottom, from facilities to staff, a 10+ all the way around.
Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. The room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had all necessary things and more. Great price for Boston, would definitely recommend
Cons: N/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed very comfortable and huge. Room very big also with a large television
Cons: Breakfast expensive. Bill had suggested tips starting at 18% even though breakfast was self service. Also the room rate included $28+ per room per night for facilities that we either had to have or couldn't avoid. Would have preferred kettle instead of coffee machine
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, very close to Boston common. Extremely comfortable, large beds. Staff were very helpful. There are a handful of restaurants and bars across the street.
Cons: Parking was very expensive at $42 per day. I guess this is Boston prices, though I thought it would be cheaper for paying hotel customers.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, nice rooms. Good location, we were able to walk everywhere from the hotel. Would definitely recommend.
Cons: There is a per night fee for amenities above the room rate and standard fees/taxes that we were not expecting. Breakfast was not included and the restaurant was expensive but food was good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, view from our room, style & staff. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: There was an "amenity fee" at check out that I was unaware of. I had already paid for the hotel & other fees beforehand & this was unexpected. I don't know what the $--- + fee was for, shampoo???
10.0 Excellent
Pros: all around great
Cons: didn't know about the per day facility fee
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location Quiet room
Cons: Funky decor
5.0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Has a mandatory resort fee of 25 USD on top of the room price without being a resort. Basic housekeeping and basic amenities are no justfication for a resort charge. Everything else anyway has to be paid extra on top of the resort fee.

Cons: Our room was not cleaned, and seen by three different hotel staff who still let us up to the room. Opened water, used soap and mouth wash. A staff member opened our door at 10am without waiting for us to answer the door.

Pros: Location, has connection to a mall and parking, could stay warm I freezing weather but still do shopping and dining.
Cons: People who helps they managing the information on booking.com provide incorrect descriptions so we didn’t get what We expect, and later spent some extra to upgrade to what we need. The first room we get has big foyer but super small bathroom, barely to turn over when door open. The room we end up stay is for special needed so has big enough bathroom, however the facility needs update. Only mirror light for a almost 75 square feet bathroom, too dark. And the shower space was total flat (for wheelchair access) which they should make some slope otherwise the water will flood everywhere.

Pros: The location and availability to the indoor mall because it was raining when we got to the hotel
Cons: We travelled from SF to Boston and arrived at 5:45 am. We arrived at the hotel and it could not get into our our room until 4:30 that afternoon. We expressed in writing prior to arriving to the hotel and when we got to the hotel that we would like to get into our scheduled room as soon as possible because we were very tired. After speaking with the 8 different people at the desk - i again at 3:00 0'clock inquired. They told me the room would be ready at 4:00 and that check in time was at 4:00. I showed my reservation and their website which said 3:00. It was very frustrating that after speaking t 8 people who said they would make it a priority -- they did not. It wasn't until i stood at the desk and demanded something happen. The breakfast was not good and the springs on the pull out couch (that my kids slept on were painful)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and a beautiful hotel
Cons: The rooms are small, went there on an anniversary trip but got nothing special from the hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everyone was very friendly and helpful !!
Cons: Just the bathroom was very small but not a major factor in my stay.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfy pillows and bed. Staff very nice and polite. Great location.
Cons: Noise from street wish the windows were better as in morning traffic noise starts. Would like bathroom floors to be heated as tile very cold. But these minor things
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The single bed room was spacious and comfortable.
Cons: We had difficulty using the streaming function. Not a priority since we were out most of the day and watching a movie was not important. Perhaps there was a primer in the room for this service but we honestly didn't make an effort to figure out the procedure.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location is the best thing going for this Hotel. It is within walking distance of the Theatre district, Public Garden, Common, and Backbay area. It's also very close to the Allston T-stop. Lastly, its a couple blocks from the Turnpike entrance (west).
Cons: Only real detractor was the room. The least expensive room for 2 was referred as the "Cozy Queen". It's about 1/2 the size of a "normal" room. The shower is only about 18-20" wide so the curtain is all over you. Recommend guests upgrade room for $25/nt.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Price and location
Cons: stained carpets

Pros: Great location, within a waking distance from many touristic attractions.
Cons:
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable bed in a clean and ample-sized room
Cons: 1. I was surprised that in a premium room we did not get glass glasses! 2. The stairways we found were alarmed and let us outside instead of to the lobby.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, affordable, nice and comfy bed
Cons: No view
6.0 Good
Pros: Location. In downtown Boston.
Cons: Parking is $58 per night !!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The location was very nice with plenty of restaurants very close by, and lots of things to do.
Cons: I booked what I thought was a Queen Superior room, but when we got there, it was a very small room with a supposed king size bed. There were hairs in the bathroom, and the sheets had some sort of blood stain on them. Not a 4 star hotel in my mind.
Boston Park Plaza is centrally located in Boston, a 3-minute walk from Newbury Street and 7 minutes by foot from Boston Public Garden. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Planning an event in Boston? This hotel has facilities measuring 50483 square feet (4690 square meters), including a conference center.
The Copley Square Hotel is in the heard of Bostons fashionable Back Bay and minutes from Bostons Logan Airport. Enjoy the many well know attractions that are steps away. Prudential Center, Trinity Church, Newbury Street with its street lined cafes, restaurants, and world class shops, museum of fine arts, Boston Public Library and Hynes Convention Center.

Pros: Our room was perfect! We were in a corner room with lots of windows. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was large! We felt the decor and hotel fit in great with our Boston experience!
Cons: Not much to dislike. No onsite restaurant but there are so many nearby that didn’t matter, and really wasn’t necessary. 2 blocks from Newbury street and Stephanies as well as a dozen othe places to eat and shop! We walked everywhere!

Cons: Despite spending almost £300 per night it is disappointing that breakfast wasn't included. A worrying trend. Seriously, not even a pastry, some fruit and yoghurt. The barman in the lounge gave the impression that he would rather have been anywhere else.

Pros: Location is excellent. Great value for the price
Cons: Room On the ground floor (107) other guests coming in and out woke us up 3 times during the night, by slamming the doors and talking. Thin walls and doors I guess. Some hanger in the room would be nice, if no space for a wardrobe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cute and clean
Cons: No
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is great - very close to Boston Common, Back Bay, the Theater District, and Chinatown. Also a safe location for solo travelers - it’s on a quiet street but just steps from the W. The manager was also nice enough to adjust my rate because it had gone down since the time of my booking. You just need to show him the new rate on your phone. A great experience overall.
Cons:
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick walk from the parking lot to the hotel, combined with a friendly staff greeting!
Cons: The bed was slightly creaky which isn't good for multi-person rooms at night or in the morning.

Cons: Loud people at night on the street but I suppose it was my bad luck.

Pros: The location was very convenient for my visit to a Berklee student. The lobby was very cute, nice fireplace and mid-century modern coolness. The woman at the desk, I forgot her name, was LOVELY. Very welcoming.
Cons: The minute I started walking down the DARK, low ceiling hallway to my room, I started to have my doubts. The room was a nice size. The shower curtain has seen better days. The bathroom fan was LOUD, and had to be on to have light.

Cons: Public areas badly in need of a facelift. Some areas could use some painting, vacuuming and deep cleaning.
1.0 Poor
Pros:
