Everything is great except for the bed, the bed make me itching all night!!!
Location is great
Corner room on 27th floor with great view of Charles River and Boston. Can walk to Newbury Street and Public Garden. Don't even need to talk outside to get to shops in Copley Place and Pru. Loved lavendar oil to help sleep. Lots of outlets and plugs for phones/laptops
Parking is expensive ($65 per night). Wine in bar is very expensive.
Great location and service
Very nice and quiet renovated rooms. Excellent location
Great for business trip
Had all the amenities you would want staying there for a few days for business! Great location, walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops! And easy access to public transportation.
Couldn't ask for a better location.
No free wifi. Only basic tv channels.
A Warm Blizzard Bed
Arrived in Boston just in time for a heavy snowfall accompanied with a vicious wind. Being from snowy Colorado I was well aware of fast changing weather conditions. The Westin staff were also aware and took on the opportunity to show off their talent. These people know how to take care of customers with their great service, personalities and that always lovely humor. I'll be back!
You can get to Copley Place and the Pru without going outside so weather is not an issue. Lots of restaurants nearby including Eataly. Symphony Hall is walkable. You can also walk down Newbury Street to the Public Garden. Hotel is small enough that you're not overwhelmed by people everywhere like the Marriott nearby.
Parking is expensive! No coffee/tea in lobby - just in room.
Great location and service
The Westin is located in the heart of Boston with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. Great location for business travelers. Customer service was also great. Definitely worth checking out for your next business trip!
Didn't like how the website advertises a pool and spa but they have neither.
Excellent service, great room & city view, perfect
The service was great. The staff caters to your every need. The room was very comfortable and provided a nice view of the city.
Location is Excellent
Location, very comfortable bed
Bathroom too small, water with very low pressure
No pool due to renovations...not mentioned when reservations were made...not explained when checked in...
The location of the hotel together with the great staff.
The comfort of the room especially the bed. The magnificent view. The freindliness and professionalism of the staff.
The bed was heavenly. The mattress, comforter and pillow were fantatstic! We were on the 34th floor - very quiet. The conceriege was very helpful, checkout was quick.Do you have a website to buy the bed products as other hotels do?
Too long of a wait for the parking- Price was a bit high.As I visit every yr. we probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again because of the price-nice experience though
the location was great, every thing needed is few steps away
the price is high given the service provided, it is way high for hotel of this standards
I loved the location - we right in the heart of Boston and I was able to walk to most places I wanted to visit.
Staff was excellent and very helpful is seeing Boston. Great location. Lots of stores near buy including coffee shop and grocery store.
Fridge/Bar sensors not stable so charges would end up on bill. Had to call to have them removed. Prices were outrageous -- who would pay 5.00 for a 0.60 candy bar. No vending machines.
The service was great, and the restaurant was worthwhile.
The valet parking fee.
iliked the fact that it was located in downtown boston and close to the shopping district
it lacked in estetic beauty, just did not catch my fancy.
I can't think of one aspect of our stay that wasn't excellent.
The facilities in the hotel were exactly as described. The standard of cleanliness was excellent and the courtesey of the staff was notable. We will be very happy to return to this hotel.
