The "suite" for six is not really adequate for two adults and four teenagers. Way too small. Front desk manager could not care less.
Majority of staff were very polite and helpful. With exception of daytime doorman - who was officious and rude ( nighttime doormen were lovely and helpful. For the money you are paying you should expect great staff but unfortunately their doorman let them down
Shabby chic, the whole place could do with a spruce up.
The location was great.
The hotel was quite dated and needs to be updated. The bed and the pillows were not to my liking. IT was all just ok. Our check in person was very unfriendly and not pleasant at all.
The breakfast menu was over priced and we dined elsewhere
Elevator noise throughout the night and early morning. King bed with a queen headboard. 1 0z of hand lotion for a 3 nigjht stay. Past its prime and no longer worthy of its past reputation for elegance and quality.
