Good location. Room was clean and all the facilities we needed. Coffee house attached to the hotel was great for breakfast and the odd midday snack. Sensor light in bathroom was a nice touch!
Communal areas lacked comfort, privacy or seclusion. The bar area was often unstaffed. It was more of a thoroughfare than an inviting place to stop.
Good location. Doorman in front of hotel gives me a sense of security. The high‐ceilinged room made the room wider than my expectation. Ice vending machine was equipped every floor.
Hotel is so clean and cosy. It felt like home. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. We could walk everywhere.
Nice atmosphere in the Hotel. Attentive and helpful staff. Good location for walking, nowhere of interest out of reach on foot provided you're reasonably fit.
The price was high but typical of Boston at this time of year. Location very central, some rough sleepers as expected but not troublesome. We were from the UK and staying for 5 nights for my wife's 70th birthday party. I had paid for a superior room and e mailed in advance asking for a room befitting the occasion. However, the room was cramped with the only view being that of a wall a few feet away. I complained and we were quickly moved to a lovely room on the 7th floor. Thank you Lily.
Good room, convenient location, nice coffee shop in hotel for breakfast
