Clean spacious rooms, good WiFi
Bathroom doesn’t lock, many of the charging ports around the room are broken
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice little bar on lobby level. Quiet little work area on second floor.
Good location, very friendly and kind staff
Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. The Door men were very professional and courtesy
Bar and area very small.
I liked the Godfrey instantly because they upgraded me to a bigger room (just random upgrade based on the fact that I had come from far away). I had a great night's sleep, and I like the little touches like the cocoa at night available for all guests. Great location near downtown crossing, and in the middle of a big shopping area. They even weighed my luggage for me.
Honestly, I had a very comfortable stay in the hotel. The room felt a bit cool at times, but I had a great sleep, and I probably could have found a way to make it warmer if I really needed to. The major problem with any Boston and/or NY hotel are the taxes and fees that get slapped on to your hotel price, after you thought you scored a big deal on booking.com. But that's not really the hotel's fault (it's Taxachussetts).
