The staff was nice and very welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and I would stay here again.
The only inconvenient thing was the times for Breakfast. They are very early, which is hard for travelers from other time zones.
beautiful lobby, exceptional staff, comfortable room, clean space, good location
Nothing, everything was perfect, wish it was a little less expensive though
The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable and had a great view of Commonwealth Avenue. We had a small issue with our room after check-in that was immediately rectified by an upgrade.
Looked great, very clean, great staff, comfortable
Basic internet is horrible. Beware of sneaky charges. Daily fee is a rip off - there is no real value offered at $30 per day; the benefits are illusory. Room was not fully cleaned, it is disgusting to find a half eaten meal in the mini fridge.
