Cons: A tad spendy compared to some places I've stayed. I don't like that it was Saturday night and the bar closed at 11pm even though there were several people sitting there drinking. The coffee shop closes early as well 630pm. However you can walk down the street and get coffee or drinks elsewhere.

Cons: Our AC/Heater broke on our last day there so we had to move rooms because it could not be fixed that night. It kept making an awful buzzing noise every few seconds and would have made sleeping impossible. It was about 8:30 at night and it was really the last thing we wanted to do. Fortunately, they had another room available, and they told us it was an upgrade (it wasn’t), but it was still a process to have to pack all of our stuff up and move it. No discount was offered for the inconveniece. Otherwise the stay would have been perfect.

Ended up cutting out stay short because of this disappointment. Staff was very courteous and tried to help but there was not much to do. Very disappointing. You’d expect more from a luxury hotel. Had been a few years ago and it was a much better experience then. Wanted to go back and expect the same. Sadly it was not. Will not go back again.

Cons: Very loud club music was played in the lobby on the first night I was there. It was clearly audible in my room and I had to wear the complimentary earplugs to take a bath let alone get to sleep it was that unpleasant. Not that the sound was completely cut out. The note accompanying the earplugs about the ‘vibrant atmosphere’ and ‘live music and entertainment’ (not to mention the fact that they hand out free earplugs) suggests this is a regular occurrence. Be warned, therefore, that you might have a sleepless night here!

Cons: Hotel has 8 elevators and only 2 of them were working. Hotel management was perfectly aware of this, but no communication to guests about it whatsoever. However, it meant that in the morning rush times (check out), the wait for an empty lift to be able to go up or down cold exceed 10 minutes. Getting your car from the valet parking takes well in excess of 30 minutes. So the entire checking out procedure (between getting suitcases out of storage and getting car) took 45 minutes. Need to plan for that if trying to catch a plane. Check-in staff at front desk extremely curt and dry. No smile, no welcome, no explanation of breakfast times or facilities.

When we complained we were told we were wrong it was what we ordered despite web site pics showing it to be different. They told me they will text me when a room is ready as check in is 4;00 pm. Waited 2 hours with my family outside and no one texted me. I decided to go back up and check, then a different person tells me, oh a room is ready now. The first young lady was not friendly at all. The one that checked me in was not friendly but pleasant. Then they told me $50.00 for valet, when I parked, it was $58.00. Except for the guys that parked the car and the cleaning staff, the others treated us like we were invisible. Probably would not stay there again. Well, if their rates are dramatically reduced.

Cons: Not worth the money even after you gave us a discount for messing up a booking that was booked 6 months in advance and then still not having one out of the two rooms ready on time. Truly not worth the time or energy arguing with the “manager”. He said that the notes left on the account were vague when in my email it says two rooms blocked off together. Also when we checked in the guy even said they put us into a room that was a king and the other a queen because having rooms joined together means one room being a king and the other a double queen which was stated from Lass! But I guess that’s too vague to understand

Staying in a hotel in 2019 with only basic cable was disappointing. The website states HBO is available (which it isn't), and the movies available were for rent!?! There is a smart TV in the room, yet one can not use the WIFI to access Netflix or Amazon Prime through it!?!

Cons: Really disliked this hotel. It's actually four buildings or blocks, with the reception/lobby being in one, hotel rooms in two of the others, and one is privately owned condos. The whole place felt cold and deserted. Our room was small, cramped and had no view, except of the street below. Nothing complimentary is provided. There was a protest march outside the hotel by striking employees who want some benefits like health care, and the hotel owners refuse to sign. Shame on them for not taking care of their employees, who are the backbone, the lifeblood of their business. We also discovered that the hotel charges a $20 a day fee that is not a government fee or tax, it's just a discretionary fee the hotel has decided to tack onto our already overpriced hotel bill. When we enquired as to the reason, the very defiant woman at reception told us it's to cover some of the outdoor things like the waterfront area. Gee, other hotels just pay for that from the room prices they charge their guests. They don't tack on an extra twenty bucks a day to take care of that. This place is really good at charging their guests but not so good at giving us anything for the high prices, and not good at looking after their employees. Shame on them and don't stay here. We left two days early and went to The Colonnade, a much nicer hotel.

Pros: Quick check in and friendly reception staff who dealt with us. We were early but they found us a room and allowed early check in.
Cons: Hotel is conveniently located to Boston Common and within walking distance of most attractions. The staff were friendly and apart from a member of the breakfast team who was loud and needs to be trained in customer management. We had booked a room with breakfast and he insisted that we had to pay for breakfast which I felt he should have checked with reception rather than making us feel that we were lying. My wife and another family member decided they did not want breakfast as they did not feel comfortable. My brother and I did have breakfast and noticed that the individual paid more attention to other individuals than us. Later that day I did complain to reception and the receptionist quickly resolved our concerns and said that she would let the member of the breakfast team know that we had booked the breakfast package. The following morning the same member again loudly told us that reception had informed him that we had a breakfast package without any apologies. Again we noticed that he asked other people having breakfast if they needed orange juice tea or coffee although they arrived after us. The individual had particular hand movements which made him standout from the other staff. Credit should be given to the team of black staff that served breakfast on the third day as they were fas and professional. The parking fees should be reviewed as across the road parking is cheaper.

Pros: The pictures online make the hotel seem more luxurious. The entrance way and lobby are gorgeous but the room was extremely outdated and not nice. Was expecting more from an Omni hotel- especially since it was supposed to be a romantic get away trip.

Cons: Nothing to not like, but the rooms vary In size for the same rate. One needs to be sure what room size one wants. Area ought to be mentioned on the booking site. Some hotels have it and some don’t. I was fortunate to be able to change over to a larger one.

Pros: The hotel is in a great area. Nice a quiet. We walked solidly for two days. The car park is adjacent and similar to London prices for overnight parking. The gym is good for a hotel gym. Only ate breakfast there one day, really nice although it was not the cheapest. Perfect hotel for our two night stay in the great city of Boston.

Cons: Small cramped bathroom and found cockroach when stepping out of shower. Tried twice to report to front desk staff but they stayed tied up on the phone.

Cons: The sheet had holes in it. The first room we were given, the door wouldn't open, even for housekeeping. We went back to let them know the problem and staff at front desk was abrupt, just handed us keys to another room, no apologies. Bathroom sliding door
