Location near the hospital
Location is good. Room was large although the furniture was a bit worn.
I ordered in room breakfast the night before to be delivered at 8am. At 8:10 I called to see where it was and they asked me to wait another 15-20 minutes. Business travelers don't have time to waste like that.
Functional hotel with good location near Beacon Hill and some reasonable restaurants.
Hotel rooms showing their age but were nice and clean
The location was great since we were going to a game at the TD Garden easy walk to the arena , the north end for great food and surrounding bars for the night life.
I booked a deluxe double room , so I was expecting at least a refrigerator and some other perks but there was nothing like that there and for $756 you'd think we'd have a place to keep our drinks and leftovers cold , when I asked the desk they said standard and deluxe were interchangeable terms which literally made no sense to me , also there was band aids around the room including on the smoke detector. The person at the front desk was trying to charge me a fee because my card didn't go through on the first swipe because of fraud protection. After getting billing settled I noticed the price was $900 and some change I figured some of that was a hold on the room for damage but when I asked what the other fees were the gentleman at the desk said to be honest I really don't know and went on to help someone else . Not the best vote of confidence for someone that's in hospitality
The sheet had holes in it. The first room we were given, the door wouldn't open, even for housekeeping. We went back to let them know the problem and staff at front desk was abrupt, just handed us keys to another room, no apologies. Bathroom sliding door
