Cons: Some of the new renovations were not checked thoroughly for functionality. Toilet ran and needed adjustment. The sliding door into the bathroom could not be opened or closed without significant effort. Maintenance could not fix it as the door is too heavy

Cons: The AC in the room had a very strong fan, even when turned down low - it did not extend to the bed so it worked for me but if I had sat at the desk, it was to the point of uncomfortable. But the overall hotel experience was first rate.

Very well equipped with a Nespresso machine, and several snacks, beverages, and necessities available in the in-room mini bar/fridge. The bathrooms were large, the shower was great, AND my favorite part, was that they offer high-end toiletries as opposed to crummy qualities soaps and lotions. This hotel has set the bar! I am traveling to London this summer, and will undoubtedly be booking The W in London if there is availability.

Pros: Last night was the first time I stayed at The Boxer. It was fabulous. Reasonable price for such a great location. My friend and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. She ordered a chicken dish. The manager came over & advised they had run out and apologized. He made recommendations for alternate dishes. While waiting for our meal, the manager brought us a complimentary appetizer for not having my friends 1st choice. Delicious brussel sprouts! When our main course was ready, it was delivered by the chef. Such a pleasant surprise. He was delightful to talk to. Dinner was excellent, served quickly ( we were on our way to a show) by a wonderfully pleasant staff at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back.

Second room was better, windows weren't insulated properly, cold wind blew through, next day entire window was icy. For that price level, I would expect better rooms. I find breakfast for 27 USD quite expensive but they have a nice coffee bar were you can buy standard stuff. They in general try to sell you upgrades e.g. for internet which you don't really need but which are quite expensive.

Pros: I was not excited about much. I felt like I was in a cheap motel. The pictures on the site are very impressive but in real life mostly a let down.
Cons: The first room they put us in had a horrible smell. The TV in the living space did not work and when I tried to call for help on the issues the phone did not work. There was water stains in the shower. I had to go down to the lobby to try and find someone to help. after about an hour of standing around we finally got some help and the nice girl changed our rooms. so now we had to pack everything up and move to the next room. It was better as the smell was gone but it was not very clean. light switches took some time to figure out also since it was dark when we arrived and no one showed us where the switches were. There where no switches on the wall. We wasted a lot of time just trying to check in and the nuisance of it all was not worth it. I booked a king suite and would of thought a suite would at least have a microwave. WRONG. I doubt I will stay there again.

Cons: There should be more hangers in the "closet" area, and I didn't like the fact that the rack to hang the clothes was so low to the ground. My dresses and pants were wrinkled at the bottom. There was also not a lot of counter space, so I made use of the chair in my room as a sort-of side table in the bathroom - adding a small table in there would be helpful. There was also a terrible whistling sound in my window when the wind blew at night. The first night it was necessary to sleep with noise-cancelling headphones on. The room was also very dim in the evenings/night. The only real light was from the bathroom. I would have liked more lighting in the room - besides the weird glow light around the TV.

Pros: I hate it when hotels smell and I cannot sleep when they do. This hotel didn't smell at all, bed was really comfy and the lobby was beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay there.
Cons: They charged a deposit to my account and did not tell me about it. They returned it afterwards.

Cons: I am writing this review to complain about the incredibly rude customer service. I was staying at Omni Parker for one night and was going to be charged $135. I checked in, my room was okay but there was a pubic hair from the last guest in the bathtub (pretty gross) and you can hear everything from the hall and adjacent room in my bedroom. Since this an old building, I was not shocked, but still. However, when I checked my bank account after staying, I noticed my card was charged $210 at check in and $135 at check out. No one at the front desk ever said that I would be charged more than double the room cost. When I called, I was told I would be refunded the difference. But that doesn't make sense, if I am refunded $75 (the difference) then I am paying $270 for a room that I was told, and that the check out bill stated, was $135. I asked about this on the phone and the agent then said I would be refunded $210. But I don't know what to believe. She also hung up on me abruptly before the conversation was over and insisted that I had been told at the front desk that I would be charged more than double. This exchange was shockingly rude and, combined with the gross pubic hair in the questionably clean bathtub, has convinced met that this is never someplace I will stay again.

Pros: We have used the Wyndham twice now when we go see the Bruins play. It's not extremely close to TD Garden, but a doable walk. The Wyndham is great, fast check in, fast check out, and valet parking is always on top of things when we call down to leave!

Cons: Breakfast was way too expensive.. also I called customer service three nights before my stay and asked “is there a fridge in room?” They said no we can’t accomodate that sorry. So then I carried a huge cooler of ice six blocks from the parking garage to the hotel like an idiot. I checked in and there was a fridge after all lol.. not very detail oriented

Pros: Very well located. Good price for downtown Boston. The bedroom is small but cozy and the bathroom is very spacious. I arrived early and was able to drop off my luggage with no problems, same after I checked out. I’ve read some reviews saying that it was kinda noisy but didn’t have any problems with that. The room was very clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: This hotel is well located and it's easy to get to decent restaurants and bars - it's fairly simple but is perfectly suitable for a night or two. Nice, clean bathroom and products. I came very early to leave our bags and was going to come back later to check in, but the man who was on the desk was a star and let me to our room as it was already ready.

Cons: The comforter is so thin and kind of uncomfortable. I stayed in a twin room which is kind of small but cozy enough, yet I don't like facing the AC when sleeping. And the AC had some problem keeping the room at just the right temperature (either going cold or too warm/dry). Everything else is perfect!
