Avis desk was amazingly helpful and friendly during both pickup and drop off. Car was fantastic!

The car from Avis was fantastic, no issues until we dropped it off. The person who checked us out was extremely rude and decided to charge us $250 for additional cleaning fees for a small amount of sand that got tracked in on the floor mats. This is ridiculous since they are vacuuming the car upon return anyway. I travel quite regularly and will NOT use AVIS again.
