We appreciated the constant communication. We were notified after making the reservations, checking in on us during the reservation and very helpful getting us to the airport when we got lost and was late returning the car Bryce was so kind and understanding We will use them again

They refused to honor the reservation price. They also refused to take the coverage I purchased through Kayak. I have full coverage on my own vehicle, which they also refused, stating they only accept Liberty Mutual or All State. I have Progressive. They offered to rent me a sedan (reservation was for an SUV) for one day (actually only 6 hours) with their coverage for $145, plus $200 hold. I have easily rented 20-30 vehicles over the past 20 years, have excellent credit and driving record, and am 45 years old. This is the strangest and least professional company I’ve ever experienced. It felt like a scam. I left and rented elsewhere.

No downtown pick up despite what was advertised. Had to take a taxi to the airport. Finding the the office was difficult - and then the car had warning might go off. When I returned it the staff had already disappeared!

The worst experience ever!!!. It took me one hour and a half to pick up the car. The guy was unaware how to issue a car with a USA drive Licence. He didn’t not accept my reservation on Kayak he charge me his own company price with many extras. Plus a huge deposit. I have never had a problem renting a car with American drivers license anywhere in the world. The car was smelly and at the end very expensive

Waited at the airport for their shuttle for 40 minutes. Finally ended just catching the other shuttle to the airport car rental center. What a waste of time waiting for them.
