Pros:pricing was one thing
Cons:. a little seedy. car was not clean inside or out. the rental signing process a little outdated and in an uncomfortable setting. In the end, the pricing was not that much cheaper than the nationals/brand names. The policy about the rental period is strict. severe penalty for dropping off after 24 hour period...so ridiculous that I uber'ed to a couple places after I returned the car. My flight came in early and I picked up an hour earlier than anticipated but was leaving at my expected time 26 hours later. 2 extra hours was double the cost.

Pros:The car worked.
Cons:They were rude when we picked up the car, they were incredibly rude when calling our insurance provider, whom we know personally. They were incredibly vague about the drop-off policy and threatened an abandonment fee when I even brought it up. I called corporate to resolve the issue and the people I spoke to, serveral people, we're even more rude, dismissive, and insulting. I was out in hold mid-sentence and transferred without any notification to the stor, which had no idea why I'd been transferred. I completely regret using them. The car had an air freshener hanging from the nirror, but still smelled.

Pros:Nothing to like in this place
Cons:The cars are Filthy inside out. they don't take time to clean them, i had to change 3 cars to finally agree on one. the first one had a bold tires, the second one had scratches all over the car but you can't determine the damages as the body is dirty. the last one was OK with a bad tire sensor that kept displaying an error every time you start the car plus a change oil message that kept prompting. If i have time i would report them to the BBB. Not worth the money i paid. VERY disappointing that kayak list them on their website. i use to trust kayak!

Cons:Location was off the main rental center at Midway Airport. It does not open on weekend and open only at 8 am on weekdays, I was told to catch a cab at 4 am!!!! Unbelievable.

Cons:Tire was bad and went flat and ESPECIALLY the sorry DONUT SPARE tire in the trunk that is not safe for highway driving.

Pros:The gal at check in was very nice.
Cons:Car smelled like cigarettes. A caution air tire pressure light was on at all times, but there was a little not that said to ignore the light. This was a little worrisome.

Pros:The car was decent but smelled funny, change the oil light was on.
Cons:Service was terrible, was promised unlimited miles before booking but it wasnt true, they said faster checkout with a major credit card but still had to jump through many loops to prove I had my own insurance even after acknowledging that my credit card would cover me, a way for them to try and sell me unnecessary add ons. Tried to explain it to the associate but she shrugged me off telling me it's policy, false advertising is what it is.

Cons:The dispatcher were rude! The van was in need of maintenance - exampke, wipers were old and cracked. It was a big hassle to get into the lot and find the car. The lot attendant was very rude! As my wife concluded, they have ZERO customer service.
