Long waits, rude staff, ridiculous hidden fees, staff misleading customers about what their own coverage will cover to sell their own. You get what you pay for here...go elsewhere.

Nothing i did not get to rent the car because i have not updated my id to say non provisonal anymore.i really would like the insurance money back.

Car had leak in tire that required frequent refill took 30 minute to get the car at the counter; way too long There was no Next Car Signage in the rental car area... had to google to figure out if the was even a desk at the airport.

The office was small and crowded, as the pick-up/drop off was slow. A lot of people were waiting around for service (the drop off was faster than pick up). Their rental policies are out-of-line with main stream renters. They did mention that the renter needed to show proof of insurance coverage upon pick up, but I was unable to access mine upon pickup and was required to purchase additional insurance of $30/day for a two week rental ($560.00). I have since provided coverage details and have not heard back from them at all. They also provided information how to get to their location, which was a relatively short train ride and then shuttle bus, but it also meant a significantly longer process to picking up the vehicle. With the additional hassle and significant cost difference, I have learned not to use Kayak's services or anticipate any cost savings in the future.

I called two days before the pick-up day to ask for an information. During the call they told me right away I must have done the assurance, for a cost of 80€ a day. I said it was too much and I asked for the reason of this high cost. He told me that if I wasn't happy about it I could go and get another car, then he closed and never replied my many calls. Eventually he blocked my number and I couldn't do anything else then cancelling the reservation.

the rental experience wasnt good: i arrived the office to pick up the car, the employee treated me very bad (she didnt seem to be in a good mood), and then charged me wrong in my credit card. i had to made a number of phone calls later to cancel those wrong charges in my card. i will not use nextcar next time
