Cons:When I arrived I was told there was a 25 minute wait for a vehicle. I was informed I’d receive a phone calls when the car was ready. I waited for about 45 minutes and didn’t hear anything. So, I decided to go back inside to check. There was a shift change, and when the new attendant heard my complaint she immediately began processing my reservation and said “I don’t know why he didn’t call you.” An apology would have been a better response. An offer to discount or add a perk to my reservation would have been a stellar response. Once I left the desk and met with the second attendant in the parking garage, I was informed there there was some mixup and tha the car I was assigned “doesn’t work.” I had to wait another 15 mins alongside another customer for a new car and keys to be issued. What should have been a 30-minute to one hour process, was a process that took about two and a half hours of my evening away from my family. Once I received the car, all was well. The car return was also a relatively smooth process. However, the long wait time at pickup, miscommunication, and poor customer service will definitely make me hesitate to recommend or use NextCar ever again.
Pros:The car was nice and ran smoothly.
Cons:The price listed online does not reflect what they want to charge you at the time of pickup. They will also try to MAKE you buy Adirondack insurance even if you have coverage. We spent over an hour trying to get copies of our insurance coverage (just the card won't do) from back home in order to rent the vehicle.
Cons:Shuttle service and more accurate vehicle descriptions
Cons:Horrible customer service. Both attendants were very rude. Would not let us use AMEX and insisted we use their insurance when we already have insurance. Ended up booking with someone else. Shuttle driver was nice.
Pros:This was the most inexpensive car rental we could find at the time.
Cons:While This was the most inexpensive car rental we could find at the time there was a reason for it. It became evident when it took us over two hours to get our rental from the time we were dropped off by the shuttle to the office. And that was just the first thing that started our poor service with this rental
Pros:Car was clean!
Cons:The front desk could of not lied and told me one thing and then charge me for it at the end! I am very disappointed and will be leaving a review and telling people to use Charlie rentals because there honest and not snakes like next car rental company!

Cons:They charge a lot more when your on the counter. 1:30 hr to pick the car, slow workers.
Pros:I did not like anything about this company or my experience with them.
Cons:I am reporting them to the FL Attorney General for fraudulent business practices.
Pros:Very nice and courteous staff. The car was excellent, almost brand new, and drove great. The pick up and drop off were quick and easy.
Cons:I did not receive any receipt or acknowledgement when I returned the vehicle. The car was checked in quickly but the agent said he would email the receipt and I had to call back the next day to request the receipt.
