Had to go back because they didn’t have a minivan when I first arrived or a baby car seat. They didn’t accommodate the 2nd day for free which was great but wish they would be able to accommodate when I was there originally.

Horrible customer service, a lot of hidden fees they don’t tell you about. I called twice to make sure my father can pay since I don’t have a credit card and they said no problem no extra fees for him to be added or pay and then we got there and it was $12.99 per day plus tax to add him. Ridiculous

I rented a Camry or similar, and when I got to the counter I was basically forced into a hybrid Camry. When I proceeded to tell the woman behind the desk that I did not rent a hybrid and I’d prefer not to drive one, she cut me off and argued that “it’s not an actual hybrid that’s just what they call it.” I wasn’t in the mood to get into it that morning, so I took it since it wasn’t going to be for long and I can assure you it was a hybrid. My point is that while “or similar” may not matter, real gas cars vs hybrids do. I’ll spend extra to not use them again.

Terrible! Prices were not as advertised, they did not accept personal insurance and sold me a toll pass I really did not need. After speaking with a manager from a different car rental company, I will never book a car through Kayak or similar 3rd party again. What was suppose to cost me $150 ended up costing me over $700. False advertising at its finest! Never again!

Bait and switch, this company will not accept credit card insurance or personal insurance. They want to charge you $100 min to take the car out. Never had this happen with any other company in a number of states I've rented in. Don't reserve from this outfit!
