10.0 Wonderful
I loved the experience. However the intake took an hour in line. One very friendly experience girl behind the counter and a line out the door. She looked exhausted but as friendly and had excellent customer service skills. There needs to be at lease another clerk helping the customers

Company really engages in hard sell tactics for their "insurance" fees. The agent was relentless and wouldn't take multiple "no thanks" from me. The vehicle had no floor mats, and smelled powerfully of some horrible chemical. I had to drive everywhere with the windows rolled down, even on the freeway. I will never rent from this company again.

The rental is off-site. The counter guy is a scammer and adds I surnacewhen you said no. The add on fees AFTER booking Throhgh here was an additional $287 for three days of renting.

We liked everything until the return of the car. There was very bad signs indicating where to park. I parked in a parking spot and a lady came over to us and was screaming at us that we can't park there. How were we to know?

They left me careless when I refused to pay triple what I had per the confirmation. Claimed I was late yet I could show a txt from them confirming my arrival time when I spoke to them and gave them my arrival info. These. Are. Scam. Artists. Do. Not. Trust. Them!!!!!

The building was small and run down with work being done inside so ceiling tiles were down and we had to step over wires. I was forced to buy their insurance. I travel multiple times a year and have never had to show my personal insurance to a rental car company. My car was $83 and they made me get insurance that cost an additional $170. I had to examine my own car and take pictures. The parking lot has no signage so it's extremely easy to pass on a multi lane road.

The car was a bit older than I had expected. Has some dings through out the exterior I was worried I was going to have to pay for. But I documented all on my end.

Pros: - cheapest option available, and a car is a car Cons: - car itself smelled odd (I suspect cigarette smoke masked by air freshener) and had visible grime in multiple areas of center console: staff advised that the smell was actually the soap they used to clean the car (!). - repeatedly tried to upsell us to a larger car and to charge us extra for a toll pass despite my explaining we didn’t need a larger car or a toll pass - advised we should pay more for a larger car as we were going to “the mountains”, again despite me explaining our trip would be entirely on interstate highways - tried to pre-sell us a tank of gas by stating they were “definitely” cheaper than anywhere in the vicinity. Transpires the gas station literally across the street was 10c/gallon cheaper. Summary: - cheapest option but expect a mediocre / dirty car and aggressive dishonest sales tactics
