Pros:From the moment I walked in to pick up my rental car, it felt like a set up or a scam. I walked in prepared with my ID, CC and confirmation email in hand. Before greeting me, the person behind the counter said “Are you aware of our mileage policy?”. I said no but I booked a car with unlimited miles. He said that it didn’t apply to my rental and that I would have to pay an additional $100 for unlimited miles. I said my email states otherwise, he said you can show me your email confirmation all day long, we have a different policy. I said it didn’t make sense because I specifically and intentionally booked a car with unlimited miles. I said is there is anything I can do? He said no and I said ok; he said I can cancel it. So I left. This all happened at 10pm at night leaving me scrambling last minute to find another affordable option.
Cons:This business is set up on the online travel Websites to trick you book their low rate and come in. Once you get there, they have the scam all set up and waiting to get you! Never book here! Highly unprofessional and unpleasant. I have no idea how Kayak and the OTAs are doing business with this company. False advertising at its finest. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!
Pros:It was comparatively inexpensive.
Cons:An air conditioned waiting room while waiting for the shuttle. Or at least some fans.
Cons:My agreement said unlimited miles. At the counted they told me it was 150 mile limit. They charged me an extra $75 for unlimited miles.
The whole pickup and dropoff including the contract documents and HUGE deposit fees for the rental were ridiculous. Strongly urge you to use one of the more name brand car rental agencies over these smaller shady agencies. They messed up on their end with contract and pricing and added multiple costs to our rental that should have never been added such as Toll surcharges, a bogus economy car upgrade even though that is what we originally paid for and reserved, as well as the check in process literally took over an hour to complete and finally leave with the car. They added a new costs to our whole rental a whole week later into the rental period and forced us to either pay or forfeit the deposit money. Overall a very unprofessional and “shady” rental car company. Will not ever use them again. And reporting them to the major review forums.
Pros:Vehicle was clean , staff was very nice , work with us on earlier flight , check in was easy
Cons:Transfer from rental car area to their pick up was a bit of a walk, directions were a bit confusing but it worked out.
Cons:The only downside was waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to take you off site to office. It added additional time on trip, but overall they were very efficient and friendly.

Pros:Roger in the car lot was incredible, the only person I encountered at this place with any quality customer service skills! He deserves a raise! The car I was rented was fine, good gas mileage and clean.
Cons:First, incredibly inconvenient location. One must first shuttle from the airport to the rental car location, then wait for a shuttle to take you to the NU rental center. Terrible customer service at the NU front desk. Surprise fees upon picking up the car, $200 more than what was quoted. The number on my invoice did not match the number on the rental car so that was an extra hassle. Man at the counter was noticeably patronizing his female coworkers, and treated me demeaningly, making everyone terribly uncomfortable. Two guests left without renting a car while I was in line. Took almost 2 full hours to get out of this awful environment. Filthy landscape, garbage everywhere, garbage by front entry was overflowing where customers enter to front counter.
Pros:I had a great experience and low deposit and great prices! I will be a repeat customer for sure.
