Cons:1. Off airport shuttle, yet still have to go to the rental car center to get on shuttle. 2. They are some sort of grage that does this car rental thing on the side as extra business. Nothing looks legit about the place. 3. They wanted to see my insurance or make me purchase theirs. I showed them mine, which no other car company makes you do and they still told me I had to purchase their insurance because I didn't have full liability. Just a scam. Both my personal auto insurance and my credit card company provide insurance for car rentals without purchasing supplemental coverage. They have the cheap prices online just to get you in the door and then try to add this outrageous insurance on to your bill. Just stick with reputable company's at the actual rental car center at the airport. I canceled with them and went to budget and got a car without showing anything but a credit card and drivers license. the simple way it should be.

Cons:I called them when I landed and I was informed that they did not have the car I reserved. I was told me they had arranged with Sixt car rental another car for me for the same price. The location that they sent me had already closed hours before so I had to take a cab to a different location. However, they did not have a car reserved for me and the only cars they have were double the price that I had agreed on. When trying to call NU, I was unable to speak with anyone. Just a very poor experience all around and I will never be using them again and will likely not be using Kayak if I can avoid it.

Pros:Car drop off was the only thing that was not filled with complications.
Cons:The pick up of the car to an extra hour. We waited for 45 minutes to be picked up. I was harassed about insurance on the car. I provided my insurance and was still harassed. He called my insurance to make sure my documents were not fake. Felt interrogated. The car was in very bad shape. Large dents in the from and back not very clean on inside and cigarette burns on the seats. The worst rental I have ever seen. I asked about my 60.00 deposit they said it would be refunded with no problem at drop off. I forgot something in the car. Called multiple times to asked if they had recovered it. Had the distinct feeling they did not check and did not care. However, leaving was my fault but still felt as if they didn't help me. I dropped the car off on the 15th of may. After multiple calls and checks I finally received my deposit back on the 31st of may. I also only received a partial deposit refund because of a flat tire that occurred while I had the rental. The bad thing about that was, when I had the flat, I called to check to see if it was a problem. They said it was no big deal they would fix it when I returned it. I could have fixed it myself for far cheaper than they did but there was no mention of any charge when I asked or dropped the car off. This was a terrible experience and you should not rent cars to anyone using this service. If you continue to use this company, they will alienate more customers. They did an extremely poor job. Cons:1) Was held up in line for about 15 minutes because the service reps had issues with a customer's order and did not know how to answer the customer's question. 2) When I finally got my ticket slip after checking in, I was told I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because my car was not ready and had to be cleaned. The car was stated ready to be picked up at 12PM, I picked up at 1:30PM. Obviously they did not have my car reserved/prepared ahead of time. 3) I booked a Hyundai Accent, but got a Volkswagon Jetta. Another indicator they did not properly reserved my car. 4) Staff did not provide any instructions for what to do when checking the car in. 5) Staff told me to just wait inside the lobby while my car was getting cleaned, but they never said if they would come and get me. I didn't want to end up waiting inside the lobby forever, so I stayed outside to make sure they knew I was waiting.

Cons:My experience stated badly when my flight arrived early but I was told I had to wait at the airport as no cars were available yet. The car I receive had a muddy footprint on the floor. The oil check warning light came on constantly which was especially unnerving on the highway. Several times the key got stuck in the ignition and the car could not be shut off. Like some other guests they tried to upsell me on a sunpass. The drop off was also problematic as there was apparently no urgency to get me back to the airport even though I explained that I was running late for my flight. However the most insidious Issue was that they forced me to purchase liability insurance which increased my rental rate from USD107 to USD204. Their explanation was that since they are a small company they could not afford to cover liability insurance as some of the larger companies. However in the past I have purchased from other small companies in the Miami area without having this issue. I will never use them again.

Pros:From the moment I walked in to pick up my rental car, it felt like a set up or a scam. I walked in prepared with my ID, CC and confirmation email in hand. Before greeting me, the person behind the counter said “Are you aware of our mileage policy?”. I said no but I booked a car with unlimited miles. He said that it didn’t apply to my rental and that I would have to pay an additional $100 for unlimited miles. I said my email states otherwise, he said you can show me your email confirmation all day long, we have a different policy. I said it didn’t make sense because I specifically and intentionally booked a car with unlimited miles. I said is there is anything I can do? He said no and I said ok; he said I can cancel it. So I left. This all happened at 10pm at night leaving me scrambling last minute to find another affordable option.
Cons:This business is set up on the online travel Websites to trick you book their low rate and come in. Once you get there, they have the scam all set up and waiting to get you! Never book here! Highly unprofessional and unpleasant. I have no idea how Kayak and the OTAs are doing business with this company. False advertising at its finest. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!
