Overcharged and not given the vehicle reserved. Gave me lower class and smaller and overcharged me for it. Not given the promised refund even though I emailed and called them multiple times. Hounding me for review and keeping the refund hostage until I write a review. Well; here you go, Budget! This is the response you demanded in order to issue my refund.
