On one of the busiest holiday weekends (12/27), at one of the busiest airports in the nation (Newarl) there were 12 desks available to help Budget customers, and only one of them was staffed with a human being. The wait to pick up the rental car was 2 hours. Never again, Budget.

Waited for 4 hours to pick up rental at budget lga. Received a downgraded car that had cosmetic damage. No explanation or offers to compensate. Terrible experience.

Low tire pressure light on dashboard. Two tires under inflated. Why not inflated to correct tire pressure by staff?

Terrible service. We paid over 100$ more than the sedan rate for an suv. When we arrived there were no suvs. They have us a sedan and refused to refund any of the amount. Total scam. Will never rent with budget again.

Took less than 5 min to get car rental. Very efficient. No hard sell of insurance that I don't need.

Slow process , gave a car that needed an oil change. It was largely written on the back window for everyone to see we are tourists, would not come off.

When I went to pick up the car, there were no vehicles available and many people were waiting in line. There was nobody at the kiosk too. I wasted a lot of time because of this.

I loved Sharri at pick up. She was wonderful great great customer service however I was promised a discount that I was did not receive and was overcharged $119 that I had to dispute with my credit card because I was not given that credit we will see where that goes too long to get to write down on here, but I’m very disappointed in that I have all the documentation that was sent to my card company
