They didn't have any cars to rent that day. None at all. I found out at the last minute, had to cancel the reservation, and then 4 days later I got a bill for not showing up to pick up my rental.I've called them twice and both times Budget said they would fix it "right away", but nothing has happened. Ive put the charges into contest with my credit card company. Budget is a real pain!

We waited in line for 40 minutes, only to be told there were no cars available. Most people in line had prepaid contracts for a rental car and Budget breeched the contracts. One customer noted it was his third time at Budget where they failed to deliver on the contract. Never again

Gas had between 3 quarters and full to start. other than that all was good. counter service excellent and pickup and drop off were easy.

Both the experience at the counter and drop off were great. The attendant at the counter had a small issue with her work station as we were the first customer of the day and the screen did not light up for me. She moved to another workstation and got us on our way. The car had an open RedBull can in it that I disposed of. Otherwise it was great.

Pick up took 3 rounds before we got picked up. Bus was small and too many customers. It took 2 hours to get from airport to rental place and finally get a car. Long line and not enough workers. Then one left with lots of people still in line. Took way too long for the whole process. When finally processes over 2 hours late the car was not ready. But I did get an upgrade so can’t complain too much.
