I feel robbed and scammed because upon arrival they mention that because I am a Florida resident, I am not renting at the moment and that it was written in fine print in the policies. I will never rent again in my life. I will make sure that those I know do not do so. Since upon arriving at the airport, I rented from another company without any problems. This should be part of the knowledge of Kaya and Expedia agencies and should be made known to customers in some way.

Had to return original rental because it was unsanitary, filthy infested with roaches. The replacement was cleaner; but had been in so many accidents parts of the car were taped on and continued falling off. Two doors couldn’t be opened simultaneously. We made the best of a bad situation!!!! Never again!!! Yes, I have pics and videos to confirm my statement .

I was unable to use the reservation. The attendant told me that without an international driver's license it was not possible, and in the reservation rules, only driver's licenses issued in an alphabet of symbols indicated such a situation. I then request the return of the amounts paid.

I didn't like any part of the service as it is very poor. I selected a Ford Explorer or similar for 7 passengers, and when I arrived, they mentioned that they didn't have it available. They finally gave me a Kia Soul of 5 passengers without any discount.

Horrible Last-Minute Cancellation – Unprofessional & Unreliable! I made a reservation with Routes Car & Truck Rentals well in advance, trusting that they would provide the vehicle I needed. However, at the last minute, they informed me that no vehicle was available, leaving me stranded without transportation. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a company cannot honor its reservations, it has no business operating in the rental industry. Their poor planning and lack of accountability caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I would never recommend Routes Car & Truck Rentals to anyone—avoid this unreliable company at all costs

Insurance company didn’t give me the option to deny the insurance provided by them. But when I was checking out the car another customer showed up and they gave them options when to me they straight out said no Initial car was dirty with sand and hair from the previous renter so asked for a another one Second one had low air on a tire and when filling up the gauge wouldn’t move so had to fill up the car When the car was given to me it had 7/8 of gas after passing a block the line of gas went down to 6/8

This place is a scam operation. They intentionally understaff their site, so even with a small load of customers, they keep you waiting for over 2 hours. Then, they attempt to add on extra fees above the booked price. I watched them continuously refuse to let the woman jn front of me decline their insurance. We ran into multiple people waiting in line who had to come back to try to protest addition fraudulent/double charges in their credit card. You should not list this site on your website.

Didn't like much. Battery died. Ruined an entire day. Long wait in line. Short staffed. Had to drive the vehicle with the dead battery 1 hour and 20 minutes after waiting hours for a jump start. Next vehicle had a deflated spare tire. While waiting, they literally gave out first vehicle that wasn't clean and smelled of cigarettes to another couple. No way they had time to clean it. Hopefully they changed the battery. SKETCHY OPERATION!
