Easiest car return ever
Pros: It was so simple - just handed off the keys and we were done. We only waited one minute while the agent finished a call. She apologized for the wait, which was charming.
Cons: It wasn't clear exactly how to return the car, but we rolled with it and asked the check-in person for the flight and she pointed us in the right direction.
