Terrible experience. I’ll never rent again from them.

I rented a luxury car and they gave me a very bad small dirty car. I was told that is what I would get for the price I paid. If it’s what was on the site I expected the luxury car. Mr. Aubrey should not be to dictate what he thinks I should get. He claimed that it cost more to wash the car than to rent it to me. Please note I booked the car on line and paid for what was on line. Very dissatisfied customer Geeta Bachan Radoo

2.0 Poor
I returned the vehicle on October 8, 2026, and according to the return statement issued by Europcar, no new damage was recorded\. However, I have still not received my security deposit refund\. I would appreciate it if you could check the status of the refund and confirm when the amount will be released\. If the refund has already been processed, please provide the transaction date and reference number so I can check with my bank\. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter\.
