Ran out of cars during the new year. We never picked up our car and they never got back to us resolving the reservation so we just went with another provider

I really liked the new cars provided. Both trips went very smoothly with no issues at all. The checks, onboarding, and drop-off process were all straightforward and well organised. Overall, it was a seamless and positive experience.

Pickup in NY Dropoff in DC Both very easy. Good car (Hyunday Tucson) in very good condition. I would have preferred to pay with Debit Card, but only Credit Card was accepted

CHECK CLOSING TIME! We booked the car for a 2pm pick-up, and this Enterprise closed at 2pm so I'm not sure why that was even an option. I was Ubering from Provo to get this Enterprise with 5 kids in tow. We arrived a few minutes late, and there was nobody there. Which meant we were stranded, and needed to get back to Boise that day. Ended up having to dish out more than $500 to get a car and get back to Boise. Yes, we should have been on time to our pick-up, unfortunately, circumstances didn't allow it. But again, I'm not sure why they would allow us to set a 2pm pick-up if they were closing at 2pm. Maybe this is a KAYAK problem.
