Car was ok. The service at the Charleston Airport with a power outage was amazing. I believe Karen in particular was great under pressure.

1. waited for 30 to 45 minutes in a short line. 2. my car was not available when i came to the counter and was told it would be another 30 minutes. 3. They offered me a mercedes and i took it thinking it was same rate as my van but found out later after i took the car that it was $600 per day. Most rental agency will give you an upgraded car for the same rate you reserved with the original reservation. 4. No notice that my original reservation was delayed. Could have saved me time waiting had I known that my car is not available and that i was going to be upcharged with another car. I suspect that is a practice they use to upcharge people on the original agreement. In summary, expect to wait for a long long time. If there are 3 or 4 people in front of you, expect to wate 45 minutes. They have 2 staff members working on paperwork rental and it takes 20 minutes per person to process the paperwork. Lots of back and forth. Expect that they don't have your car and that its going to be another 10 to 20 minutes before you get your car. Expect that the car they can offer you is an upcharge and that they don't give you another car with the original rate. Very disappointed with this branch of Enterprise. Car agencies normally can process the paperwork electronically within 5 minutes and will get you the keys to your car instead of waiting in line for 45 minutes.

Staff at Enterprise in Davis were excellent, courteous, professional and empathetic. I'll never forget to make car reservations again. The rental car facility at SMF is awful and outside the airport structure.

Staff in the Stine’s Office were actually pretty helpful in-person! Thanks a lot to “Jackie” who helped us with the pick up and upgraded our vehicle! Thanks to “Gizel” who assisted us when we returned the car! She’s very welcoming and offered Enterprise’s services to clients such as sales and free rides! Keep it up! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Billed is an extra $95 in facility fees that weren’t quoted in my email confirmation. I asked why, and was told some places can charge those fees and it’s. Too to them and they wouldn’t credit them back. Wouldn’t recommend

The car had a marijuana smell that was horrible. But the service and the employees I had to deal with were excellent.

Didn't get the exact type of vehicle we requested, but the one we received met our needs. I feel like we spent more in gas with the replacement vehicle, but I'm grateful they were able to made an adequate size replacement!

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional employees. When I came back to extend the rental he offered to clean the windshield after I was driving at night. Location is good to where I live.
