The car was not cleaned prior to my pick up. The car also did not run properly, then Enterprise would not simply let me swap it out with another vehicle.

It was find except for the fact there wasn’t enough windshield wiper fluid; the low indicator light came on on day one. Also, the blades were long overdue for a change. The streaks made it hard to see at times. The lady who checked me in was super helpful and the drop off was convenient.
