Pros:I wasn’t allowed to pick up cuz I had an Apple credit card
Pros:Yes, very easy to work with
Cons:Instructions on how to get to their location.
Pros:The location was great. CS was phenomenal from the front desk staff to the car lot attendant, he was super courteous and helpful considering that was pouring rain. The vehicle was top of line for a compact car.
Pros:The office was closed and I was unable to pick up my car.
Cons:7 pm at airport and office closed.

Cons:HORRIBLE!! Took 1:30mins to get the wrong car, despite booking a specific car and calling 2 days to confirm my order. Also, got charged $1200 for a security deposit that was mentioned to be only a $300 temporary hold. (They charged me $300 for the car they gave me and then an additional $900 for a car that was more expensive that was available but I did not rent, so got charged extra for less) 10/10 bad experience BEWARE AND GO TO ENTERPRISE!!!

This is the 2nd time in a row that the waiting line near LAX was daunting. After standing in line 20 mins I simply gave up and called an Uber. The other votes were based on past experience. Cars are fine, personnel is fine. Value for $ is very good. But the wait is just too long.
It was fine. I liked that they did not press me for more but they did offer me a larger car as an “upgrade” but small when gas is so much is the upgrade.
Pretty good
Lax experience is weird. You’re dropped off at an empty lot where you wait for a van to pick you up. On this particular day everything moved excruciatingly slow! It took 30 minutes to see employee with a line of just 8 in front of me. With that said, the vehicle was clean, new, and a great value. I would rent again, but not when I’m on a very tight time schedule like yesterday.
