Great. Easy, changed my reservation during the trip, no problem. Drop off was fast and efficient.
The people who work there from the counter guy, to the gate person to the return guy were all super friendly and extremely helpful. I’m not sure I have ever rented from Alamo before but I had a great experience.
I’ll see if this lets me choose my words I ordered a small BMW I was changed to a Peugeot 3008 when I arrived at the counter which was in another terminal. The only car they had left was a 5008 a Peugeot. This is a three seater SUV and I am one person. I called after a couple days asking for a smaller car. I only could speak to the main office..There is no way of contacting the airport directly. I told them to check if there would be a small car available. They said they would call back and they never did. Unfortunately, after that, I had to park in otherparking garages. This car is not made to park in French garages. I scraped the side. I moved onto another location and had to park in another garage where I scraped the side again. I was so paranoid about putting this car in garages that it ruined my trip.. When I returned the car, even the man checking me in said yeah this car is not made to be parked in French garages. Before I returned the car I askedif someone would come in remove the car for me. I didn’t even wanna drive it and get out of the parking spaces again. I don’t think I will neverrent from you guys again without being assured that I’ll get the card that I ordered. Now I have to deal with my credit card company to see if they’ll pay for the repairs they should never have happened. Sign a very unhappy unsatisfied customer
Good experience and reasonable price in all a good experience. Thank you.
Good service @ the Airport & best price available The only downside was that the car inside & outside wasn’t clean It looks like they gave me the car after the last drop-off. Without any check.
There was a line but they accommodate me Thanks
Great car. Plenty to choose from. Quick and easy process. No paperwork to fill out.
Chris at JFK was awesome
Alamo couldn’t provide an economy, small, compact, and a fuel efficient car in accordance with my reservation. Instead, they provided a mid-size car with damaged rims that was extremely difficult and dangerous to drive on the narrowly mountainous roads. The check-in and check-out customer service was extremely slow and user-hostile.
Everything was perfect other than no navigation system in the van. But even that wasn't a big deal
