Friendly staff, smooth transition from airport to shuttle to rental location. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. No hassles with upsells or unnecessary add-ons. Staff was helpful at every turn.

I was disappointed with my experience overall. The first issue was the pricing, what was advertised ended up being significantly lower than the final total, which was frustrating right from the start. When we arrived at our destination, things only got worse. We waited over 35 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, with no communication from the company. We tried calling multiple times, but no one answered, leaving us unsure if a shuttle was even on its way. That lack of responsiveness made the situation especially stressful. Once we finally received the car, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working well. Given the Florida heat, this made for a very uncomfortable ride. Between the misleading pricing and the poor service, we will not be using this company again.

Horrible!! They told me the car was not available after we arrived at the airport and were waiting for our rental car. I called multiple times and they stopped answering my calls. I will never book a car with priceless again. Kayak, you should not advertise for priceless.

It seems like this was a total scam. First booking said at the airport, when confirmation came it was off sight. When we arrived to pick up car we were told we had to have additional insurance even though I purchased it at the time of booking the car. It was $70 mire a day or $2500 hold. Again I had purchased insurance which said I would be covered. We canceled the car as well as the 4 people in front of me. I have put a dispute in with my credit card. I want a refund as I never received either car or used the insurance. WILL NOT USE KAYAK AGAIN

Do yourself a favor and avoid this rental company. All the bad reviews are true regarding the cars, location (not at TPA terminal), and their rental insurance policy.

Bait and switch fraud on the part of the insurance requirements. The requirements listed on the rental agreement are altered when you get to the rental store.

This company is not very reputable and their rental policies are dishonest. I didn't rent from them and several another at the same time also declined their services also. The place was not in the terminal and was in a rough area in Tampa. Everything on this rental was shady and cancel my reservation and decided to go with a reputable vendor at Tampa terminal.
