Cons:Shuttle driver treated bags badly and they were badly scratched just from airport to offsite location. Location is hard to find to return cars. Cheap up front rate uktimstely four times higher when essential navigation and insurance are added.
Pros:Horrible experience. They screwed up the reservations, then said I cancelled the reservations. An 1 1/2 wasted only to tell me now...sorry. There were many upset people at the counter. rental cars broke down after leaving the rental place, mixed up reservations. People arguing that they were way overbilled. The music was so loud to drown out the angry customers, I could barely hear myself think. One person at the counter and 8 outside standing around. Walk, no run from this place.
Cons:Had I not booked someplace else.
Pros:The car they gave us was brand new.
Cons:The pick up was ridiculous. Took 1.5 hours to get the car, no pick up shuttle. Clerk argued with me and several customers walked out because it took so long. The only had 1 employee checking in customers and he was more concerned about flirting with girls and what was on the television. I will never rent a car here again!
Pros:I booked the car with an unbelievable rate - then I was told by staff that my car has limited mileage and also insurance cover - I was told to buy full price for a car that cost twice as much.
Cons:It is like a bait and switch ruse - I should have been warned about limited mileage and insurance cover. Technically the staff at Green Motion talked down Kayak booking system.
Pros:The car was nice. Handled beautifully and had lots of space.
Cons:The pickup process was painful. Lots of additional charges. And extra charges for dropping off when their office was closed. I should’ve gone with a big name company.
Pros:Nothing about it besides 1 outside service person
Cons:I was lied to at check in about tolls. They charged me an amount different than what I was quoted. The car they originally issued had mechanical issues, we found out, AFTER we left. They provided a second car that the inside was dirty from a spilled coffee. Terrible!

Cons:The rental car agency wanted to charge me for “essential” items that came up to $350 for a $50 rental. This is fraud

Cons:The website said it was on an on-site rental. It was actually off site, and the phone number was wrong on the itinerary. They also have reduced hours open only from 8am - 7pm, this was also not disclosed before or after purchase.
Cons:No car was available
Pros:I arranged the car rental online. After doing so, without knowing the specific agency, I realized that my flight would arrive too late to pick up the car. I immediately called to try to cancel the reservation but was told that couldn't happen. So instead I arranged for a one night's stay at a hotel rather than driving to see my family after my arrival. I had called the car rental agency a day or two before my trip and told the person I spoke to that I would have to pick up my car on the second day of my rental instead of the first day. The person I spoke to advised me to show up before noon. The day after my arrival I went to the agency (U-Save) at 8 am when it opened. The representative at the agency told me that because I did not show up on the first day of the rental they had no similar car available. That agent had no record of my having called to say I would be there a day later. The agent did find a much bigger SUV and said I could rent it for $10/day more. The agent went on to tell me about the hefty additional fees I would incur for any violations and use of toll roads that might occur. That combined with the large and awkward size of the vehicle diminished my enjoyment of my vacation
