Cons:The computer was broken, no receipt, no check of car for damage, employees nice but harried.

Pros:The price cannot be beat
Cons:The check-in employees would not honor my original price because I arrived more than three hours after my original reservation due to my plane being delayed. Apparently there is a fox rental rule that your reservation is canceled if you were more than three hours from your scheduled pick up time.My car was also dirty and they did rewash it for me before I left the lot.

Cons:After arriving at the Fox counter and finding out that there was a $150 deposit to use a credit card or $400 to use a deb debit card and extra fees to pick up the car early or drop it off early and seeing the absolute madhouse at the arrival counter and the car pickup area we canceled our reservation and went to Avis. Avis had none of these issues and was nearly the same initial cost. Wow, never will we even try to use Fox again. By the way if you use your card at Fox don’t expect to see your deposit back on a credit card for 3 to 5 days and up to 3 weeks on a debit card according to the Fox counter agent.

Cons:I have been trying to reschedule this due the WORLDWIDE pandemic. They won’t even respond at this point to me. I will never use FOX again.

Pros:Nothing. The staff is crooked. Got lied to about the tolls between Miami and Key West and charged $60 for an un-necessary toll pass, and also got charged an extra day, at an extra $50 vs. what i had been quoted online.
Cons:Everything. The staff is crooked. Got lied to about the tolls between Miami and Key West and charged $60 for an un-necessary toll pass, and also got charged an extra day, at an extra $50 vs. what i had been quoted online. Dirty, inconvenient, dishonest. Only good thing was one guy named Sam that seemed like a decent guy.
