Pros: The King size bed, balcony and highly efficient room was clean, comfortable and most of all affordable. The staff is equally representative of the best in the business. The location is so fantastically being on the boarder of everything convenient in walking distance. To top off the trip the hotel offers tip cards that include discounts on many of the areas establishments. Our discounted Uber ride to the airport was a pleasant end to our fantastic visit to New York City. NobleDEN made the weekend get away; memorable. Sincerely.

Cons: The room was very small and was not ready for check in when we got there. We were told we would be called on our cell shortly after we got there to inform us the room was ready and we were never called. We were then charged a fee for checking out an hour after check out and was never told a fee was going to be assessed. I found out when I check my credit card statement later that day.

Pros: I booked this hotel on Kayak after looking at the reviews. It was a phenomenal find. The staff is so polite and helpful. There was parking right up the street. The rooms are small but almost all are in NYC unless you want to pay for the space. Hopefully, you're out and about enjoying the City. The linens and bedding were very clean. They did a fantastic job renovating the oldest standing hotel in NYC. We plan on making it our hotel of choice when visiting.

Our room (422s) was so noisy (ice machine in the hall, some noisy appliance attached to the wall, etc.) even through earplugs, we requested to move, but we were kinda pushed to upgrade instead (we were told by the receptionist, that other queen size rooms are even smaller and just as noisy), a compensation would have been nice (like upgrade is free for one night for the inconveniencies), and there are hidden charges) even after stating by the receptionist there are none) like Upgrade NYC Sales Tax - 8.875% and Upgrade State Tax - 5.875%.

Cons: Weird experience at this hotel. First, the linens feel like they're from a cheap motel. Second, the elevators take forever -- not uncommon to wait 5+ minutes both in the lobby and on your floor. Finally, the adjoining lobby/restaurant turns into a nightclub on wknd nights. Fine if you're in your 20s and looking for that scene, but not great to come back to otherwise. The staff was also very hit or miss, some nice folks, some idiots. Overall, not worth the $$.

Cons: The hotel literally stinks. The room smelled so bad like regurgitated curry that we asked to switch. The second room smelled as well but not as bad, only in the bathroom. I think it must be the smell in the sewer pipes or something. Had to leave the bathroom door closed the entire trip so our clothes didn't smell like sewage.

Within 2 minutes of trying to go to the other side of the bed, the sharp edge ripped through my sweats and punctured my calf.
With blood running down my leg, the manager said they couldn't comp me any food or hotel amenities just because I "bumped" into something.

The staff is super friendly and the location is literally steps from the subway. More then anything it's the price vs facilities that can't be beat. For the same $$ you'd be staying in generic corporate hotels that are uglier, less clean and grumpy. There's also coffee and tea served all day, which is nice.

Affordable small room is well furnished perfect for one person or a couple who like to be close! I travel with a service dog, and the hotel staff treated us both extremely well. There was a ton of fun NYC activity to do in walking distance & subway is right across the street, so my business trip included the requisit level of evening debauchery. If you'd rather spend your time in the city out on the town than in your room, this perfectly fine hotel saves ya money you could spend in restaurants & at shows!

The most important thing was that the location cannot be beat. We didn't take a taxi once! There are lots of great bars, restaurants and clubs in the area but the subway stop nearby makes everything easy.

Cons: The bathroom looked really cool however the floor didn't appear clean because of all the chipping I assume was accrued overtime because of cleaning. The tiles are a cute touch but if you pay close attention to the corners, it doesn't look very clean. The wires connecting the TV could've been hidden better as well.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The suite was very large and spacious even for the one double bed room. The kitchen area and parts of the place are a little outdated but it was very clean and had a lot of amenities. It feels almost like an Airbnb minus someone else’s belongings around. If you go into it knowing that it’s not a four star brand new hotel room but definitely better than a dingy motel or hostel than you will not be disappointed. It’s a great value to be so close to Soho and TriBeCa area. Super close to train station to get to anywhere else and just a block away from great food places and shopping.

- Only rooms are air conditioned
- Fitness center is purely nominal - cramped, with ULTRA low ceilings (7 ft?), packed with treadmills I couldn't use without banging my head against the ceiling, also it was a bit dusty, of course without mats and towels, and completely unusable because of intense heat due to lack of AC. I went for booking an hotel because I wanted a fitness center, and I ended up not being able to use it - so disappointed!

Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The suite was very large and spacious even for the one double bed room. The kitchen area and parts of the place are a little outdated but it was very clean and had a lot of amenities. It feels almost like an Airbnb minus someone else’s belongings around. If you go into it knowing that it’s not a four star brand new hotel room but definitely better than a dingy motel or hostel than you will not be disappointed. It’s a great value to be so close to Soho and TriBeCa area. Super close to train station to get to anywhere else and just a block away from great food places and shopping.
Cons: The bedding in my room was just sheets and one of those thin stiff quilted bedspreads. Luckily they had some extra throw blankets and extra sheets in the bedroom closet but if you are picky about your bedding might be aware or bring your own. But it wa clean and not terrible.

Cons: The rooms do not have a roof, just because the owners think they are smart by selling you "privacy" but really all they do is set wood boards between beds, so you book a room and get a 60 bed room, noisy, smelly and the bathrooms are the worst I have seen in NY, had to change hotels but lost all money because it was non refundable of course.

Cons: I'm no picky guy, but it's definitely an experience to sleep in a room that is 21 square feet ( 6' by 3.5' ).
It's always a question of the 'bang for the buck', and I'd rather pay $90 on groupon for 100+ square feet with my own space rather than $50 for 21 square feet.

Cons: The sheets were stained, which I later found out was because bed bugs leave behind blood from their bites and their excrement. My last morning there, I found a bed bug crawling across the sheets. I killed it with my finger nail and it spurted blood all over! Gross! Now I am riddled with bites on my arms, legs, feet, and ears. The bathrooms are cleaned once a day, meaning after the first few uses in the morning, they are filthy; the showers leak onto the floor and get everything wet. The room barely fits the bed you are in. I found hair on my blankets. The walls are literally painted-over plywood, so there is no privacy and you can hear everything in the hall. The wifi - the whole reason I went with this place - never worked at all, and the staff was completely unapologetic about it. They should be shut down. I can't believe this place has an "OK" rating. It's a ripoff. And now I'm afraid I've spread bedbugs to my own bed at home.

Cons: I didnt like waking up with 25+ bed bug bites all over my body. Nor did i like throwing my clothing out due to the fact. As soon as i walked through the door i was offered to buy drugs in the hallway. The upstairs which i thought was a aingle room is back to back closets with a wooden plank and a dirty bug ridden mattress.

Cons: Everything, this place is disgusting, room was literally a closet right outside of front desk, it was so tiny, and stuffy, no windows, and we were subjected to the front desk guy yelling in chinese ALL night, bed is a piece of foam, shared bathroom. AWFUL!!!! Never seen something so terrible, every hostel has been nicer AND cheaper!!! It cost me $80 USD for this hell hole!! Slept fully clothed because it was so gross.
