Pros: Nothing!

Cons: I was booked on flight QF 74 from San Francisco, connecting in Sydney (3 hour connection) to Queenstown, New Zealand. When I went to check in I was told that I needed a transit visa for Australia because of my Indian Passport. When I booked the flight back in September, it was not a requirement to have a transit Visa. I was told by the Qantas supervisor that this was a new requirement as of October for Indian and Chinese passport holders even with brief connections. 9 people were in a similar situation the day before and denied boarding. I understand that things change, but I am very disappointed in the service provided to me. Of course, they could not help me get an evisa for Australia, but they were not even willing to help me search for it rebook a Qantas flight connecting in a different city/country. They did not even connect me with online reservations directly to quickly do something to be able to continue on my journey. They only gave me a phone number to call and sent me away. I tried the number and was on hold for almost an hour. Luckily, my friends were on a different flight on Air New Zealand that had seats leaving in 2 hours, and I almost missed that waiting to talk to someone from Qantas. I booked a ticket with Air New Zealand (by talking to their checkin agent, who was able to connect me directly with a reservations agent via a direct line, which was something I was hoping Qantas would help me with at a bare minimum) and I was able to purchase a ticket for that Air NZ flight and continue on. I’m VERY disappointed in the way that I was treated and not provided with assistance in a timely manner. I would have almost missed that flight and have to miss out on pre-arranged travel plans losing out on an additional $2000 in tour / accommodation bookings.

Pros: Aircraft and crew service was excellent. Seats were not too comfortable

Cons: More leg room would have been nice for 14+ hours flight

Cons: My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again.

Pros: The boarding was fast quick and the staff was very friendly.

Cons: The bathrooms were very dirty and there was not enough food and drink supplies.

Cons: 3 1/2 hr delay

Pros: Nothing really.

Cons: I was stopped at gate check in and taken to one side as the passport control had reported me for being intoxicated. I was injured in the armed forces and have a bit of a balance problem as lost most my hearing. I think drink alcohol any more. I asked for an aisle seat as I'm a big guy but was put on seat E next to a huge fat guy so was unable to sit properly. I couldn't get out of the seat once as he just slept and must of drempt as kept jumping and banging me. I had 1 meal on the over 13hr flight, which I couldn't eat properly as was unable to use the knife & fork due to the huge obese guy next to me. I asked the stewardess to wake me at all meal times. Which she didn't. So missed all the meals and tea/coffee. I was looking forward to the put a too. The London to Singapore flight was a total let down and I expected so much more from Quantus as they have always been top standard before. Overall disgusted in the service.

Cons: We received a food menu at the start of the flight, but didn’t get the mid flight snack that was shown, would like to have hotter coffee

Pros: Entertainment and food and drinks. The recline in the chair allowed for sleeping.

Cons: I wish there was more seat room especially when the seat in front reclines.

Pros: It’s been awhile Since I’ve flown delta and omg they truly blow every other domestic airline out of the water hands down. And I’m flying basic economy. Impressed. Bravo Delta

Cons: Luggage that had to be checked at the gate was not immediately available when we landed.

Pros: Flight attendants super sweet and really paid attention to any needs. Comfy seats, lots of movies to choose from and a tasty breakfast.

Pros: The crew was polite and professional. Boarding went very smoothly and the flight left on time. Baggage was very quick when we arrived in Seattle as it was already coming out when we arrived in the baggage claim area.

Cons: I would have like to have been offered disinfectant wipes to use on the food tray. Otherwise it was a perfect experience.

Pros: The temperature was comfortable. I liked the movies provided.

Cons: I didn't like having to use my own device for on flight entertainment. My phone is too small for the space provided making it a little awkward to watch a movie. I also felt very cramped and didn't know there wouldn't be a window in the seat ahead of the emergency exit row. Also, I have food allergies so the food provided I could not eat. The main meal hit 2 major allergens (wheat and eggs) and even the first snack, potato chips, had wheat in them!

Pros: First class was super comfortable!

Pros: The flight was posted delayed on Fri then back on time on Sat so I rushed to the airport Sat only to have it delayed not only once but twice! That’s crappy service for an expensive flight! Very disappointing-

Cons: Food service horrible. Don’t you think food is a necessity? Giving grown adults pigeon food is quite absurd. What happened to a real meal with your flight! Imma open an airline and Delta will be bought out by me. Just cause I will treat people like humans not caddle

Cons: One flight the plane was quite warm and the air overhead was blowing warm air.. didn’t cool down until we were preparing to land and then it blew warm air out again..
