Bed and sheets were good quality and the curtains offered sheer and block out which was awesome. Products and mini bar well provided for and nice to stay at a hotel that gives you water daily. Loved the outdoor yurts in the Wintergarden.. you should entice more people by offering breakfast in them or happy hour cocktails - we were threre for 4 days and never saw anyone in them.
The bathroom design lets the rooms down. Those shower curtains do not match the vibe of the room at all and water goes everywhere.. you need a rethink. Also, pillows - as an allergy sufferer - might be nice to offer something other than feather pillows which trigger asthma. Lights were terrible - what kind of hotel doesnt offer ceiling lights? Makes it hard to get dressed, especially in winter when it gets dark quick.
Perfect location! Friendly staff! My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day and it was lovely.
Very clean and easy check in/out process. Gym access.
- When I booked I was under the impression that there was a pool in the hotel and a bathtub in the room. I guess I was given information that corresponded High Line location. - The complementary breakfast was mostly a plate full of bread - hardly nutritious or filling. - The winter garden was closed. - no bathtub in room - lack of tv channels
I paid 400$ bucks for a small tiny room so rude of this hotel 400$!!!!!!!!! For a room that was horrible terrible I can’t believe it never ever ever again I will never refer anybody here
Location was great! The view from our room 2004 was amazing! The entire experience was wonderful from the quaint bar with awesome drinks and bartender to the delicious breakfast the next morning
