Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and public transport. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast, which was described as basic, repetitive, and lacking in variety. Cleanliness and maintenance issues were also mentioned by several guests, with some citing poor housekeeping and outdated facilities. Service received mixed feedback, with some staff members being helpful and friendly, while others were less accommodating. Overall, the location and room size stood out as highlights, but improvements are needed in breakfast quality, cleanliness, and service consistency.

Cons (-) Room was a little small. Was misinformed about a few things. Was given to free drinks tickets and encouraged to redeem them at rooftop bar only to arrive and be told that it was a private party and asked to leave.

Pros (+) The staff was excellent and courteous.
