U save has two tier mileage rentals. Unlimited for travelers and limited for locals which isn't explained online. How does usage determines if you're a traveler or not? A rental is a rental! U save shouldn't be bias or prejudice on renters!Reviewed 21 May 2023

I walked out when I discovered the hidden fees they did not previously disclose. You have to return the car during "normal business hours " or there is $27.50 fee plus no shuttle to the airport. They put a $500 hold on your credit card and do not take Visa debit card. I walked out and went elsewhere. This place is a crime scene. None of the fees are disclosed until you are in line to pick up a car and you read what you are signing,Reviewed 14 May 2023

Everything was great, car was new, explanation was clear …. I was satisfied with the service and price at half the big brand competitors.. However, it does take longer to get to the off site location and the process is longer than the big brand. So there is a reason why it’s lower in price.Reviewed 5 May 2023

JUST A BAD JOKE. NEVER DO THIS!!!! The Website says a rental car costs 24$... after adding insurance at the car rental store they wanted over 80$ a day for their car!!!! And without telling the whole price they booked the car and withdrew the money from my card!!! It took about 30 minutes to cancel the booking and it costed 30$ in cancellation fee!!Reviewed 8 Apr 2023

This rental company is a scam. Absolutely nobody in the crowded rental office actually left with a car. This company survives off of credit card fraud. This is not a legitimate company and should not be listed on Kayak. I will stop using Kayak due to this experience.Reviewed 4 Apr 2023

This is a scam! Bait-and-switch. Buried deep in terms and conditions you can see they do not accept and credit card insurance, nor that from any other country. No other rental car company - dealing with normal autos) - is this true in the US. They also do not accept insurance booked through a third-party platform (including Kayak's own offered insurance). By the time I was aware of this, I had no other options for a rental vehicle, and paid double the cost for my rental vehicle from the advertised rate (despite willing to show proof of my current insurance coverage from Canada which is $2 million liability). The service was also horrible - requiring 1.5 hours to get my car. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and I witnessed 2 other parties have issues while I was there. The staff was making fun of customers about others in Spanish (despite it being clear most can hear and undderstand what was being said). This was the worst experience in my life ever renting a vehicle.Reviewed 10 Mar 2023

When you rent from U-Save they require you to show your proof of liability and collision coverage. With most rental companies you list the information, U-Save would not rent the car until the proof of coverage was shown. As a whole that is not an issue, HOWEVER, they do not tell you this up front resulting in not having the documents available. Also U-SAVE will not allow you to use your credit card as a primary insurance which is a benefit of some credit cards.Reviewed 1 Mar 2023
