Pros: Location was perfect, I could walk to almost everything I wanted to see. The room was posh, very clean and modern aesthetic; it had all of the space and amenities I needed. The staff was the best though, so helpful and friendly.
Cons: The hot water heater in my room was broken and leaked, but the staff kindly fixed that the second day. I also was told I could use the sauna after my massage, but the sauna was off and would have taken a while to get set up. I was unable to take advantage

Pros: We stayed here during the covid-19 outbreak when Barcelona went into lockdown. The staff were always making sure that we’d had something to eat, were safe and checking our flights. Even when they had to close the restaurant they provided us with a large selection of breakfast brought to us! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Pros: Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. Little pool and lounge area on the roof top was nice. Room was clean and had a very comfortable bed.
Cons: Our room faced a concrete wall, so it was always very dark with hardly any natural light. The bathroom door was a sliding door that wouldn’t close fully and would always be a small gap open.

Pros: We stayed here during the covid-19 outbreak when Barcelona went into lockdown. The staff were always making sure that we’d had something to eat, were safe and checking our flights. Even when they had to close the restaurant they provided us with a large selection of breakfast brought to us! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Rooms and lovely and the hotel is in a great location.

Pros: The staff was very informative, friendly, and courteous. And the location was great.
Cons: We had a tub that drained extremely slow. When we reported it, and explained that the shower was draining very slow - we were told that someone would assist the next day. We never heard from that person.

Pros: The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The Cava at check in was a nice extra and the room was pretty cool with different lighting and seemed very modern. Bed was comfortable and while the pillows where quite flat you could order different ones off the pillow menu
Cons: Not much to complain about but the room blinds didnt open but we werent there during the day so it didnt really affect us. Location was fine for what we were doing but is a half hour walk from the centre of town.

Cons: The non adjustable blinds embedded in the big front window obstructed the view a lot. Also the windows were not sealing the room properly from the street/traffic noise at night.

Pros: Sleek and stylish room, clean and functional. Friendly staff, peaceful location just next to the Urgell metro, also convenient for the airport bus. Breakfast fully OK.

Pros: The Hotel is very cool from a design point. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The pool area is great but don't expect prompt service if you want a drink.
Cons: It felt a little like the hotel was running on the bare minimum, almost like the middle of winter at a tropical resort. The level of facilities at the hotel are very basic. For an upmarket "designer" Hotel they offer very little in room facilities and what they do provide are not worth much. Room service only runs till 21:30 and the food is well below average and not worth eating. Unless Breakfast is included then don't bother. It is 4 euros more expensive than another of the Chains hotels down the road and not as good. The Lounge Room was not open when it was advertised. This is supposed to be the hotel Bar.

Cons: Staff were generally pleasant and helpful but forgot to make a phone call on my behalf to confirm a restaurant reservation and an alarm call request on my day of departure.
